On Wednesday, a grassroots effort to remove Senator Joseph Lieberman from his high ranking chairmanship of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee launched their new website campaign. Liebermanmustgo.com contains a YouTube video showcasing why he should be stripped of his rank in the party. The site is focused around gathering signatures to send to the Senate Demo

From the American Family Association:On June 3, the Democratic National Committee issued a 2008 Gay PRIDE proclamation supporting homosexual marriage. DNC Chairman Howard Dean and Representatives Barney Frank and Tammy Baldwin released the proclamation. Also, in a display of sheer arrogance, the California Supreme Court has refused to delay legalization of homosexual marriage until after the people
I’d like to take a moment to offer some emerging speculation on my part. First, let me state that I’ve intentionally chosen to limit my participation in the animosity that has typified the Democratic primary between Clinton and Obama supporters. In truth, I’m happy to support either candidate in November and I think that should [...]

Senator Hillary Clinton continued chugging along as the famous little train does in the children’s story as she edged her way to the top of the Pennsylvania hill only to gaze downward in anticipation of more hurdles to overcome. The New York senator is flush with a smile of a ten point victory over Barack [...]
Last weekend the big story was a bogus argument that Obama had insulted those who live in small town America. This weekend’s buzz in the blogosphere is likely to be about a different story–Hillary Clinton insulting the Democratic base. Celeste Fremon reports:
At a small closed-door fundraiser after Super Tuesday, Sen. Hillary Clinton blamed what she [...]

I just got this email from MoveOn.Org, and have signed their petition to request that the voters, rather than superdelegates, decide who gets the Democratic nomination for President. As I agree with this MoveOn position, and with this petition, I am passing this on. Please sign it yourself and pass it on if you agree.

I have been writing on Obama all week, all last week, the week before, last month - my G-d last year. Obama has created more controversy than even Mitt Romney having to define what “Mormonism” is and what it means to him.
In retrospect it all seems so juvinille and a tad comical. The thought that [...]

Hey everyone.
Red and I decided to do a late radio show for you. The sound in the first 15 seconds got a little messed up, where I sound like two separate people, but I think you will enjoy our overall message for the rest of the show. Please vote it up on YouTube. Enjoy!!

If you have been paying attention to the Democratic primaries you may have noticed that Barak Obama has to date won more delegates in the various primaries and caucuses than has Hillary Clinton. So you might be surprised that as of today Obama has 158 delegates and Clinton has 232. What? How can that be? [...]
Relieved that their long standing secret relationship had finally been exposed, the Arizona Democratic Party announced their plans to move party headquarters down the street into the Arizona Republic building. The move will help both groups coordinate and streamline their efforts in creating a liberal bias in the media. While most of the operations will stay the same, the Republic has pledged to continue is coverage of Congressman Harry Mitchell at its current level and boost their efforts in covering Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. To some of the Democratic operatives, the move is a welcomed homecoming. “It’s been a long time coming,” said Emily Bittner, communications director for the Arizona Democratic Party and former Arizona Republic reporter, “It feels like being home again.”While the relationship between the two organizations had long been rumored, the recent story in the East Valley Tribune appeared to finally bring the two groups out into the open.“It feels so good
~Snooper~Seeing that the Presidential Elections are less than one year away, the Desperadoes of the Defeatist Party are under the illusion or dellusion that the far-left kook fringe of their "party" is Main Stream America. This bluster before the holidays of Thanks Giving and Christmas reeks of bluster to this DAV. They cannot be this dumb. Can they?Notice to the Defeatist Party...you are out of touch not only with the vast majority of Americans, you are suffering from the Vietnam Era Hippy Fest Stress Syndrome. This isn't the 60s/70s anymore and President Bush is not on the ballot for 2008. Neither is VP Dick Cheney. Hello? Is anybody out there?Redstate:I completely missed this in my first reading of Harry Reid's cowardly refusal to either fund our troops properly, or else face a showdown once and for all: [...][...]I know that you don't give a damn about the troops, Harry Reid: but even for the Democrats, this is low. I have a theory that has been proven true. Over the last six months, the Democratic Party Presidential nominees have refused to really attack Hillary Clinton. They backed off dragging her through the mud because deep down they knew she was the inevitable Democratic Party Presidential nominee. The polls simply demonstrated that no matter what they said or did, their best individual outcome...

Tonight’s Democratic Party Presidential Debate on MSNBC, hosted by Tim Russert and Brian Williams, demonstrated why Hillary Clinton is clearly the Nominee. Nobody else stands a chance. I know we have said it before, but at this point the media is just trying to drag this out as long as possible. They are trying to make the appearance of a real debate, and the appearance of competition. In...

I have voted for Democratic candidates for most of my adult life. I agree with much of the progressive platform (to which some Democrats still pay lip service), and whether I like it or not, the Democratic Party has been the only viable alternative to the Republican Party since my 18th birthday. That said, I am extremely disappointed and angry with the current crop of Democrats in Congress. By caving into Bush's war funding with no strings attached, this is now their war too.I do not buy the rhetoric that this funding bill was merely a "temporary setback in their efforts to bring home American troops." This is spin to conceal a failure by many within the Democratic Party. Those who voted for this bill are not worthy of our support for they have betrayed the voters who elected them.As I understand it, the Democrats caved on Bush's war funding because they thought that voting to end the war by cutting off funding would be a political liability in the 2008 elections. In other words, the
Its hilarious how the left is so intolerant they can't stand a single news outlet that even slightly disagrees with them. And when you consider that they have ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN etc etc why are they so afraid of Fox? What it really comes down to is they are not tolerant of diverse opinions. They only want to hear an echo chamber of agreeing voices. Take a look at Daily Kos & Democratic Underground if you have the stomach for it. A larger more voiciferous collection of nutroots you will not find and any other two sites. Their anger at Roger Ailes is laughable when you consider that they have 99.999% of the Hollywood establishment drinking their Kool Aid. A single comment from one man and they are stifling debate obver it? More like just looking for any excuse as they know they have no ideas and no real platform. Personally I think that the Democrat party intended all along to find some reason to dump Fox. I think they had that in mind before they agreed to the debate. The self d
Okay, so he hasn't.
But maybe Howard Dean should think about starting his own party; one that lets him scream as much as he wants.
Officially coined by AnnabelleDickson as the Histrionic Left party, it would be unable to win nationally.
But it wouldn’t need to.
Regionally the Histrionic Left could kick patoode’. The electoral votes from those 5 or 6 states would swing any national election.
