The Catholic Church has set the 7 capital sins. These sins are deadly that the church considers these as severe and mortal that can destroy grace of life and create eternal damnation. It sounds scary. Truly it is. I too am scared of where these sins may lead me or us. And ignorance can't excuse us. The commercial banks will be permitted to undertake “Escrow Account Business”. The advantage for the property buyer in using an escrow account is to protect the down payment. Just when you think that maybe people are starting to get the point they go out and do THIS:
THE seven deadly sins have grown to at least 14 after the Vatican updated its 1400-year-old list of the worst moral failures to reflect the modern world.

People who don't pick up their dogs' addition to the environment in the park may be risking more than a fine - they may be putting their souls at risk of damnation, according to a new Vatican list of seven deadly sins for the 21st century. As the seven ancient wonders of the world were matched by seven modern wonders, the seven deadly sins have been given a modern version for a globalised world, announced by a Vatican official yesterday.Polluting, genetic engineering, obscene riches, taking drugs, abortion, pedophilia and causing social injustice join the original seven deadly sins defined by Pope Gregory the Great in the sixth century. Drug pushers, the obscenely rich, environmental polluters and “manipulative” genetic scientists beware – you may be in danger of losing your mortal soul unless you repent.
After 1,500 years the Vatican has brought the seven deadly sins up to date by adding seven new ones for the age of globalisation. The list, published yesterday in L’Osservatore Romano, the Vatican newspaper, came as the Pope deplored the “decreasing sense of sin” in today’s “securalised world” and the falling numbers of Roman Catholics going to confession.
The Catholic Church divides sins into venial, or less serious, sins and mortal sins, which threaten the soul with eternal damnation unless absolved before death through confession and penitence.
It holds mortal sins to be “grave violations of th

By: Abi ShaanUnfortunately acne is not only faced by teenagers, but it also affects adults and in most cases they are very severe. Research is yet to find out the main cause for acne. It doesn’t matter if you are suffering from acne, or not. Only thing that matters is that you will follow what I say and make sure you have a good acne control for skin. Acne Control for Skin 1 Always wash your face twice a day. If you don’t you are only going to make your skin more vulnerable to acne and face severe damages. Acne Control for Skin 2 Never keep touching your face or the infected area. It doesn’t matter if you are infected or not, try to keep your hands off your face because if you do so you are only going to be spreading different kinds of bacteria on your face. And this can
I have always known them off by heart. I even made up my own mnemonic at far too early age to keep me on the straight and narrow. GAPWELS should be our watchword. This could also be called 7 things about me as "Suzy" over at "identity crisis" prefers to call it. She tagged me with a meme, but I only ever manage to seem to be able to get around to these things at the weekend as I am bloggy challenged and all the linky do dahs steam up my bifocals.Sloth or being lazy, is probably the only one that doesn't apply to me. I am probably allergic to lazy. I am simply not capable of remaining still for long enough. I am a constantly moving target so the arrows of sloth can't tag me. There again 'busy' and 'productive' are not necessarily the same thing.Lust or lechery. I shall have to skip this one as I can't get my spouse to sign the waiver.Covetousness or avarice, the insatiable desire for wealth or gain, isn't really my thing. Envy is another one that I mislaid when I changed f

Last week, the post “Lazy Man and Jealousy” made me think about the Seven Deadly Sins. I am not a Christian. My first introduction to the Seven Deadly Sins was (embarrassingly enough) from the movie Se7en (1995) staring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman. However, I’ve always been fascinated by the wisdom of ancient writings. So here is my version of the Seven Deadly Sins as it relates to personal finance:
1. Lust (luxuria)
“obsessive or excessive thoughts or desires”
This is the feeling of want that pop in to our head from time to time. Some of us can’t shake this until they go out to buy that object of desire.
To battle this sin: understand the difference between wants and needs.
2. Gluttony (gula)
“over-indulgence and over-consumption to the point of waste”
This is excessive consumerism — “bigger is better.” Some of us compulsively buy more than what is needed. For instance, three bedrooms house is not enough so th
Home Equity Loans - The 3 Deadly Sins of Bad Lenders by: Ron Treveli You’ve heard of ‘The 7 Deadly Sins’, well here’s a bit of a spin, but the consequences can be severe if you don’t take these into consideration, or keep your eyes open for lenders who could possibly be doing this. Now, there are other more varied approaches that lenders can take, but I’d like to make you aware of the 3 more common ones.1. When NOT To Sign Over Your DeedOk, here’s the situation, you’re having trouble paying your monthly payments with your current lender. They’ve stepped up the game and have gone as far as to threaten foreclosure on your home.Worried, and not sure what to do, another lender approaches you, and offers to help you out by refinancing and helping you out in your ‘predicament’. But, because he can help you, he say’s as part of the formality, he needs you to assign your deed over to him, saying something like it will mean that your current lender will not be able to for
