Former Savage Garden singer Darren Hayes was arrested last friday in London, after he assaulted a waiter on a thai-restaurant in London's Soho. Hayes and husband Richard Cullen were dining at Busaba Eathai when Darren made degrading and racist comments about the waiter, and the owner of the restaurant called the police. Darren Hayes' management has confirmed "an incident", but says Darren awaits further investigations. The man is gay, why the heck would he be racist?! He, of all, should know how narrow-minded people in this world are!! This can't be right...

Darren Hayes - On The Verge Of Something Wonderful Lyrics
A serpent, a rabbit,
A walk in the forest.
A tentative looking sun.
A feeling, a moment,
A bursting of bubbles,
A panic to overcome.

Step Into The Light by Darren Hayes, Music Video and Lyrics
Darren Hayes - Step Into The Light Lyrics
I have turned away from you,
and I am god-less.
A wasteland of poison;
a hidden fortress.
I have blackened out the stars,
and hidden frequencies.
I have silenced all the waves,
and forbidden secrecies.
Chorus:
Just step into your light.
This dog doesn’t bite - no.
I just [...]
lirik :
Nobody told you that a heart is like a deep, deep freeze,
So many lies, so much of it broken.

That maybe I could shed some light on…
Who would have thought it could be amazing?
Who would have thought the tiny courageous?
Who would have thought that love so [...]
Give me a reason Why I'm feeling so blue Every time I close my eyes All I see is you Give me a reason Why I can't feel my heart Every time you leave my side I just fall apart And when you're fast asleep I wonder where you go Can you tell me I wanna knowBecause I miss you And this is all I wanna say I guess I miss you beautiful These three words have said it all You know I miss you I think about you when you're gone I guess I miss you Nothing's wrong I don't mean to carry onBut give me a reason Why I can't concentrate The world is turning upside down Spinning round and round Now give me a reason Why I now understand the beauty and simplicity Of everything surrounding me You got a way of spreading magic everywhere Anywhere I go I know you're always there It sounds ridiculous But when you leave a room There's a part of me that just wants to follow you tooBecause I miss you And this is all I wanna say I guess I miss you beautiful These three words have said it all You know I miss

Review by William Ruhlmann @ allmusic.com
On "Good Enough," a track from his debut solo album, Spin, former Savage Garden singer Darren Hayes confesses that he sometimes dances to the music of Britney Spears and that he loves everything Steven Spielberg has ever done. These are not surprising admissions. Savage Garden sold millions of records by keeping up with the latest trends in pop and
Other Good News!!Darren Hayes left a very promising New Years Resolution on his official site www.darrenhayes.com , Saying:I'm going indie. After 10 years of being a part of the major label system I've decided that my next record is going to be released independently.I've met with a couple of major labels and although I've been really flattered by their interest - the idea of doing this on my own terms is really appealing to me.I feel lucky that the commercial success of my past has allowed me the financial freedom to record my new record independently. It makes artistic sense for me to retain the creative freedom and control I've enjoyed recently and continue forging ahead on my own terms. My new double record will be released worldwide on my own label Powdered Sugar in August 2007.It feels so good to be able to finally say that!xD
