Sony’s intoduced an all new feature in the cybershot DSC - T200. Apart from the usual face detection that detects faces, the new DSC T-200 can detect smiles and takes a picture automatically. To start, just choose the Smile shutter from the scene selection, then press the shutter fully on the subject to be taken. The camera then detects the smiling faces and closes the shutter automatically saving the picture. This way you’ll never miss those smiles you wish you had captured. You can adjust the intensity of smiles of your subject by setting the smile sensitivity levels. A ” high” setting would detect a faint smile while a “low” setting would capture a laugh. You could manually choose your smiling subject by clicking the face on the touchscreen or let the camera do it for you. This little candy camera or I call it the Cybershot shuffle is a good Christmas gift as it is available in store in December for a price at $350.
What I am gonna think about it is Sony is doing a good job now. Like previously the touch T200, and now a colourful, small compact touch camera with built-in memory. This is way too cool and by the way, my favourite T2 colour is the white one.

A month ago, my brother bought the Sony Cybershot T200. I went to Singapore last week to find him and I have a chance to get my hands on the camera.
I kinda like that camera mainly because of it’s gorgeous large screen. It’s not just a normal big screen but it’s a touch screen. That’s the best part. Touch, now everything is about touch, iPhone, iPod touch, Microsoft Surface, Nintendo DS, HTC and blablabla.
It’s simple to operate, user-friendly menu. No button, just the shuttle button, power on and playback on top of the camera. When it’s connect to a HDTV, it’s output is in high definition format. If a photo is taken under widescreen format, it will look good on a widescreen monitor or TV, though you can always crop a photo. But if you are lazy, you can choose the 16:9 format on the camera.
Another thing I like about the T200 is the Smile Shutter scene mode. It does work. When people smile, it just shoot automatically. Never miss a happy mome

One of those numerous Sony Ericsson fans has come up with a concept design of a mobile phone that the maker could launch some time in the future. Apparently, this hybrid represents his golden dream, a phone where Walkman and Cybershot come together, with touch-sensitive controls all around. As the "developer" claims, the design builds upon the Sony Ericsson W960i, and in fact this is a dual-face phone, with Walkman and CyberShot (inspired by the K850i) sit on opposite sides. It is called the Sony Ericsson H1i, where "H" stands for Hybrid and comes equipped with a 3-inch widescreen touch-sensitive display capable of 480x270-pixel resolution and 7,2 Mpix camera with flash. And basically this handset has no buttons, at least in the form we have used to see them - all numbers and letters are displayed on the backlighted screen. Via
