      Pick On FA Cup Final
WILL THE BLUEBIRDS BE SINGING AT 4/1? It may not be the glamour FA Cup final that some would have wanted but that might not be such a bad thing considering the pathetic one that United and Chelsea lumbered us with last year! Betting-wise, Portsmouth are favourites at 4/5 with bet365 to win in 90 minutes (1/3 including extra time and penalties) and it could be argued that they should be shorter th

Cardiff Join Portsmouth In FA Cup Final
Cardiff ended the glorious cup run of Barnsley, to book themselves a place in the FA Cup Final against Portsmouth. An early goal from Joe Ledley gave Cardiff the lead in another lively, but by no means classic cup game. Barnsley pressurised and enjoyed a lot of possession during the first half of the game, with Cardiff always [...]

Portsmouth First Through To FA Cup Final
Portsmouth made sure that a team from the premiership will play in the FA Cup final, after winning one nil against West Bromwich Albion at Wembley. The return trip to Wembley was thanks to a scrappy goal in the second half by Kanu, which pretty well summed up the game. West Brom were the better team [...]

ICC 20 20 cricket world cup final Pakistan vs. India
My returning post is about Sport! And not my national sport Football but the usually boring but not so in this case - CRICKET!  Pakistan have made it into the finals against India which should be lovely to watch and of course i shall support Pakistan but if i had to bet i would say India will win - WHY? Because i fear no matter how good Pakistan are they will probably have taken a bribe to loose in complete utter unashamed style and so if u are going to bet, i would suggest u bet on India to win though in my heart i hope pakistan do!

      AFC Asian Cup Final
I always thought that Japan and Korea will go through but their luck run out tonight. Korea have got a lot of chances while Japan played like they’re going to win the match but if they played better than their opponent they should win the match no matter what. But this is football and sometimes luck must be on your side to win it. Korea failed to score on penalty shootout while Japan failed to take all those chances while they had. Now the final showdown have been decided between 2 Arab teams: Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Both of them are physically and mentally strong but if they played in World Cup they always fall short. I don’t know why but it always like that. I wish our National Team could play with their brains more and not with their who’s better than who or care for images only. Play like they play never before, stop think about money or fame, start think about the future, pride and brings Malaysia on the map of World of Football. We have everything to build a t

VIDEO : Highlights The FA CUP Final
Chelsea FC win The FA Cup 2007 at New WembleyBlues and Utd failed to live up to the hype in dramatic fashion, producing a game of little excitement or entertainment during the regulation 90 minutes. In the first period the best efforts were reserved for a long shot from Drogba, a Lampard shot from distance, another Lampard turn and shot. In the second-half, United came close when Cech denied Rooney and Giggs, whilst Drogba again threatened when his free-kick hit the post. Ronaldo had very little impact on the game. The 90 minutes ended in stalemate, forcing the game into extra time. Giggs then had the best chance of the game, but he failed to convert a Rooney cross from 4 yards. Eventually, after 116 minutes, Chelsea finally broke the deadlock when Drogba and Lampard played a sweet one-two, allowing the Ivorian to lift the ball over Van der Saar for the winner.RESUME FA CUP: MU 0-1 CHELSEAUploaded by ronalda2see Chelsea lifting The FA CUP

FA Cup final: Chelsea vs Man United
Chelsea have a number of injury worries going into Saturday’s final. Andriy Shevchenko and Michael Ballack are definitely out, having taken themselves off for respective hernia and ankle operations, but how much of a negative impact that will actually have on the team is up for debate. Of more concern is the fitness of centre-back Ricardo Carvalho, who has been one of the Blues’ best players this season. The Portuguese has damaged knee ligaments and has only a ‘one percent’ chance of playing according to manager Jose Mourinho, who must decide whether to play defender Khalid Boulahrouz or midfielder Michael Essien alongside skipper John Terry at the heart of the defence. Boulahrouz has proven something of a liability this season and Essien has been drafted in as an emergency centre-back on previous occasions, but the latter option deprives Chelsea’s midfield of one of their most effective operators. Winger Arjen Robben may be able to play some part in the f

Gemma Atkinson, the girlfriend of Manchester United soccerstar Cristiano Ronaldo reported not to watch The FA Cup Final between Manchester United and Chelsea in The New Wembley tomorrow. Gemma plans cheering her boyfriends Cristiano Ronaldo just from her living room. Actually a ’special friend’ gave Gemma two sought-after tickets for the match, but she passed them to her parents who are die-hard United fans. “Both of her parents were desperate to go to the match, so Gemma passed on her tickets,” a source tells to British Tabloid the Daily Star. “Gemma has everything crossed that United will do the double and bring home even more silverware this season.” (more…)

      FA Cup Final Preview
The FA Cup final is back at Wembley this year and bet365 make Manchester United slight favourites in the betting at 9/5 to win in 90 minutes, with Chelsea 15/8 to do the same. The draw will be popular at 2/1 with many customers expecting the two teams to cancel one another out as they did in a recent league match. The Red Devils got the upper hand over Chelsea in the Premiership and are 9/1 with bet365 to win the match by a correct score of 2-1. If you fancy the Blues to instead gain revenge, a bet on them winning 3-0 is 33/1. Premiership top scorer Didier Drogba is 13/2 to score the first goal, as is United superstar Wayne Rooney. Chelsea captain John Terry likes to come forward for set pieces and is 25/1 to get his name on the scoresheet first. Either way, it’s set to be a great spectacle and bet365 are providing a massive range of pre-match and In-Play markets for each and every customer. And don't forget, enjoy it live on BBC One with Gary Lineker.

Our inaugural sport analysis - Preview of the World Cup Final
The eternal Cricket World Cup (all 7 weeks of it) comes to an end tomorrow when Australia take on Sri Lanka, drawing the curtain on what must be the longest tournament in sports history. Cricket, once called "Baseball on tranquilizers" by Robin Williams, has done little to change its image in the last 7 weeks (can anyone name the two teams who played in the first match?).But before the curtain draws, we have one more game, one more chance to rescue a tournament drowning in mediocrity. Australia, who have steam-rollered all before them, take on Sri Lanka, who, out of the only eight teams who can really claim to be a cricket nation, have looked most likely to upset the canary yellow juggernaut.Much depends on the toss of a coin, and with the Barbados pitch known to favour seam bowling, Australia appear to have the upper hand (if they didn't already), especially if they bowl first in seamer friendly conditions. This is however doing a disservice to Chaminda Vaas, one of the canniest and

FA Women’s Cup Final - Ticket Information
Nottingham Forest’s City Ground will play host to the 2007 Final of The FA Women’s Cup sponsored by E.ON in front of what is likely to be the biggest crowd in the competition’s 37 year history. Charlton Athletic and Arsenal Ladies will go head-to-head on May Bank Holiday Monday 7 May, and despite their collective dominance of the women’s game in recent years, this will only be the second time in the history of the competition that the two sides have met in the Final. Cup Final Myths.
Since watching the thrilling Cup Final last Sunday I have been quite dissapointed with the way the game is now remembered by people and have been genuinely impressed by people’s ability to convince, and be convinced, that they saw something that did not actually happen, or to completely erase things from their memory that did happen.  In light of this startling discovery I have decided to lay out what I believe have now become the ‘myths of the Cup Final’ and hopefull present an alternative view of a match that I know I watched and refuse to be told I saw something different.    Myth #1:  Drogba was on-side, because there was no daylight. Well, for many Arsenal fans this is the most galling.  In the game where we are widely believed to have cheated Wigan out of a well-deserved three points Adebayor scored what was adjudged to be an off-side goal. The reason we were told by the world’s media was because the rule now is that if

PSV and the Carling Cup Final
A very disappointing result on Tuesday night. Many neutrals (and Arsenal fans) saw this as a straight-forward route for Arsenal to place themselves into the Quarter Finals of the Champions League and I was one of them. Unfortunately Mr. Koeman had other ideas and, like the Ajax performances under himself, PSV put in a resolute, defensive display and hit us with a sucker punch with a very good goal. Some of the critics on the many Arsenal blogs that are now present on the web have gone a bit over the top slating the team, however – lets get some perspective here, although our second half performance was very sloppy indeed, all is not lost. Yes, many passes in the second half went astray, yes, we looked a bit toothless up front in the second half and yes it wasn’t a vintage Arsenal performance. But can we truly play that badly again in the second leg? I doubt it. In fact, what this result does do is turn the tie on its head. Arsenal will now have to come racing out of the b
