I haven’t written much in way of an update in a while and mainly it is due to anxiety and depression issues rearing their ugly heads yet again.  The main effect is that I am not sleeping through the night, even if I take a sleep aid.  I wake up repeatedly all night long and when my alarm goes off (all too early) I am quite simply emotionally physically and spiritually weary.  Additionally I am feeling overwhelmed and overworked and pulled in a few too many directions and am moody and irritable as a result. Last night Simon Cowell denied claims that he sacked Louis Walsh from hit talent show the X Factor, saying it was ITV bosses who made the decision. Apparently Simon argued with ITV bosses to keep Walsh and show host Kate Thornton but was overruled. Simon said, “It was not my decision. I didn’t fire Louis.” However, Cowell added that he understood why ITV believed the show needed a revamp. Louis Walsh had this to say on the matter, “It was all made worse because Simon and ITV kept telling Kate she was safe, that she was staying. But it would seem Simon’s word is not his bond. “I feel I’ve been stabbed in the back. I was really shocked.” Simon responded with, “ITV came to us asking to make changes.
