En France, un flic est considéré comme tel lors de son service. Lorsqu’il rentre à la maison, il quitte son uniforme, et n’a plus la même autorité sur les gens qui l’entourent. Celà paraît évident pour chacun des Français.
En Roumanie par contre, le flic prend le métro en uniforme, fait ses courses en uniforme, prend son café au bar du coin en uniforme, achète son sandwich du midi en uniforme, et parfois, se promène avec sa femme et ses enfants en uniforme.

The word “benefit” (en nef) is used 50 times in the Quran with all its derivatives. The same is true for the word “corrupt” (fesad), that is, it and its derivatives are used 50 times as well. Corruption (fesad) is a social evil and condemned by the Quran. A person can not benefit (en nef) from corruption (fesad). The result of corruption is the opposite of benefit. The use of these two words with negative meanings being in equal number can not be a coincidence. Rarely, if ever, do you see a politician from the Rio Grande Valley speak out about the corruption that has plagued the region for the last century, and continues to be evident in places like Edcouch-Elsa ISD within the last year.
