New recommendations by international experts state that infant formula should include DHA omega-3 and AA omega-6 to guarantee a correct eye and brain development.
These recommendations were developed by a panel of child health experts from 11 countries. They have been endorsed by organizations such as The World Association of Perinatal Medicine, Child Health Foundation and the Early Nutrition Foundation.

They're brighter and last longer than ordinary light bulbs, but the mercury means they're also potentially more harmful. It seems like this is evidence of a growing "half-measure" trend in the fight to combat energy inefficiency.There are a lot of steps we've been taking as a society to clean up our act, environmentally speaking. These include moving from gas-powered vehicles to gas-electric hybrids, gas-electric-hydrogen tribrids, and cars that run on ethanol. Many of these measures have faults of their own. We place so much emphasis on doing clean, environmentally-friendly work, and as of yet there is still no clear-cut technology that is pure and widely available. As consumers, we are often reminded that we should get copies of our credit reports. However, actually getting a copy of them is similar to flossing - you know it's good for you yet, it's easy to put off. But a new study should shock you into sending away for those reports right away. The study found that almost 80 percent of credit reports contain mistakes.
Several studies over the past 15 years have documented mistakes in credit reports. However, this newest study, conducted by the National Association of State Public Interest Research Groups, is the most alarming yet. It discovered that 79 percent of all credit reports contain some type of error. Additionally, 25 percent contain such serious errors that those individuals could be denied credit.
Here are some additional findings:
54 percent contained inaccurate personal information such as misspelled names, wrong Social Security numbers, inaccurate birth dates, inaccurate information about a spouse and out of date address.

If you are like me, the first thing you will react to in the headline is my discrimination between natural and unnatural foods. It is my impression that people who call natural foods "natural foods" refer to foods which have not been treated with pesticides. Personally I don't think this makes them more natural, and it definitely does not necessarily make them better. I suppose that natural foods are more natural in the sense that it is what we used to eat back in the days when we did not have the kind of technology that we have today, though based on that one could argue that primitive foods would be a more appropriate label. I must admit that I have never actually heard anyone talk about unnatural foods, I just assume that if someone asserts that foods which have not been treated with pesticides are natural, then they must think that foods which have been sprayed with pesticides must somehow be unnatural.In any case, people who eat natural foods often claim that it is better for you
