Today was the day I finished my procrastination book YaY! I have to say I need to go over this book over and over again. Its filled with so much information. No, for claiming deduction u/s 80C for principal amounts out of borrowed home loan , there is no need of completion of construction. The house completion condition(within 3 years) is only for deduction u/s 24 of the I T Act. However,this question came to the forefront out of a question asked by a gentleman sometime back. He sent me a mail stating that the employer is not ready to allow him deduction u/s 80C of the principal amount payment on the ground that the construction of the house is not completed. After a little over 5 months of development, our Second Life Winery is getting pretty close to being finished. As you can see in the photo above, the entry area (the covered building on the right) and the first three winemaking stages are complete. At each stage you’ll procees grapes that you’ve harvested from the vineyard. The goal will be to manage tannins, acid, alcohol and fruitiness so that you create a balanced wine that will receive a 90-plus point “Farker” score. It should be a fun and a pretty cool way to learn a bit about winemaking. Stage 4 is the actual cellar and bottling area. You’ll need to work through each area to finish your wine and receive your Farker score. There is still some texturing that needs to be completed on the barrels, tanks and the bottling line, but we’re getting close. Next up will be the virtual tasting room. Here's a nifty tip that should work in all Cocoa apps (Mail, TextEdit, Safari etc.) If you can't remember how to spell a word, type the beginning and hit Escape for some word suggestions. There are a number of different ways of doing this however. In certain places it isn't possible to press escape, because it does something else (like clearing the Google search box in Safari). In these cases you can use Option-Escape, or just press F5. These two alternatives may take a little longer, but seem to work everywhere.So now if you can't spell something, you don't have to attempt the whole word, just put in the first few letters and let the system spelling dictionary do the rest.
