Awhile back I had an issue with a few sites that "scraped" content from here and re-published it claiming to be the original author. Because this site is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 License (yeah it's a mouthful) my work was protected and the offending feed scraper kindly backed down. Today I decided to check the link for my Creative Commons license (which is found at the bottom of the sidebar) and discovered that it was no longer valid.
