Improved Wellness Through Natural Colonic Flushes
If we all ate healthy nutritious foods, drank plenty of water, got lots of daily exercise, and went to the bathroom when the urge hit we wouldn't need to discuss the benefits of regular colon flushing and the products that can help you do it.In our hectic lives, though, we often grab fast food, substitute a fatty latte for water and are too busy to tend to bathroom needs immediately. Our diet has too little fiber and many of us don't exercise on any regular basis, and our poor digestive systems suffer the consequences.Bowel build up results from a sluggish bowel and can give you an unpleasant bloated sensation. The heaviness and queasiness it produces may even make you really feel ill all over. Colon cleansing may alleviate this problem by quickly getting rid of the toxins which may be affecting your entire body.An herbal colon cleanser may be the perfect answer. It can work gently and effectively to restore natural bowel function, proper digestion and better over all health. While s

Colonic Irrigation Can Be Controversial, Are There Risks?
It is testament to the importance that people set to colon cleaning that it is still a controversial subject to many. Many of the more traditionally minded doctors in the medical profession see little point in carrying out a full scale colonic flushing and are stile inclined to recommend such methods as enemas or laxatives to the patients who complain of some of the side effects that are so common when a colon is becoming blocked.Such symptoms such as chronic diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids, flatulence or a bad skin are the tell tale signs that all is not well with the colon and bowel, The body is not functioning as it should and refusal to acknowledge the fact and realize the need to take some more serious action can bring on results that could be catastrophic to the patient. So why do certain doctors still refuse to acknowledge that colonic irrigation can only bring positive results for their patients?Perhaps because they are out of touch with the damage that the 21st century life

How Colonic Therapy Can Improve Your Health
This subject may make some squeamish, but I'd like to shed some light on it. For a couple of years, I visited a colonic therapist. I don't anymore due to the cost, but I definitely plan to do it again in the future. Some people refer to this as having a "high colonic". The process is not at all painful, and one feels tremendously rejuvenated afterwards. A colonic is similar to an enema, but at a much more intense level. A stream of warm water is flushed into the colon, reaching as far as possible. The result is, of course, elimination of a lot of toxic material and old fecal matter, as well as parasites. Most adults don't realize that they carry parasites in their bowels, unless they do some sort of colon cleanse every few months. A colonic is just a much faster way to do it than taking herbs. Not that there's anything wrong with using herbs for cleansing the colon. In fact, I've done so and highly recommend it in conjunction with colonics. My personal experience with it was an inc

      Olbermann on Chertoff's Colonic Creationism
When I begin to despair of any mainstream American media outlet providing any offset to the roiling gasbags of Fox News, Keith Olbermann rises forth and provides counterpoint to this unelected administration and their policy of deception and cruelty. By now, you've all heard of Department of Homeland Stupidity honcho Chertoff's prophetic gut. Here, Olbermann puts the clown's gastric prescience into perspective."You have by now heard the remark — instantly added to our through-the-looking-glass lexicon of the 21st century, a time when we suddenly started referring to this country as 'the homeland,' as if anybody here has used that term since Charles Lindbergh or the German-American Bund in 1940. Michael Chertoff’s 'gut feeling.'"

10 Things I think I thougt while getting my colonic
Another Monday, another Peter King column that's filled with strange shit (disgusting pun was not intended but it's amusing me anyways). Look at Timmy right there. He's on the verge of driving a big pitchfork through his throat. That's how my face is right now after I finished reading some of what Peter had to offer us today. Anyways, here's some of that incoherent rambling...a. I want to be Ron Lewis when I grow up.b. You know Ron? He's the ice-water-in-the-veins Ohio State Buckeye whose 28-foot, two-hands-in-his-face 3-pointer with two seconds left sent OSU's game with Xavier into overtime. That's the guy you want up with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth in the World Series.Maybe I'm weird but I'd rather have a professional baseball player at the plate during the World Series. You know, just sayin'....g. I missed it. When did Kentucky stop being Kentucky?About the same time that Brett Favre stopped being a decent quarterback.i. One of the best discoveries of m

      Q&A: Should I Get A Colonic?
Whether it's a 3 day celebrity detox or a colonic irrigation, people are seeking out cleansing methods to lose weight or clean out their systems.  Cleansing can be an inspiring way to jump start a new way of life, but it should not be used as a band-aid solution. Too many people do a 3 day detox and continue to smoke.  They do a colonic and continue to eat fried and processed foods.  The reality is your body will cleanse itself out if you would just give it the proper tools to do so.
