March 24 (Monday) I watched over the news on TV, Bandila, a certain report about former President Corazon Aquino’s having a colon cancer. The sad news was confirmed by her daughter Kris Aquino and Senator Benigno Aquino III to Ms. Korina Sanchez. Mrs. Aquino went for a check up and several tests last March 19 and it was then that the family confirmed on what their mother has suffering from. I felt really sad after watching the news. A new study found that men not taking aspirin with high blood levels of omega-3 fatty acids had a 66% reduction of colorectal cancer compared with those with low levels.
