Previous American Idol contestant and now frontman for Daughtry, Chris Daughtry must be happy knowing that he entered the record books one more time this week, when "Feels Like Tonight" became the band's third song to top the Billboard Singles Chart!
Not only are Daughtry the first group to produce 3 #1 hit singles from a debut album, they now join Nickelback as the only act to bank 3 #1s from a single album.
Daughtry's previous #1s were “It’s Not Over” and “Home.”

Since his abrupt departure from last season's American Idol, Chris have been blessed with an even larger fanbase perhaps due to the so called controversy over his elimination. His band, called Daughtry, saw their self-titled debut album, released in November on Sony BMG's RCA label, jump to No. 1 last week.
