A dupla Chemical Brothers anunciou o lançamento de uma compilação dupla com 24 faixas. O álbum recebeu o nome de “Brotherhood” e está agendado para chegar às lojas em 1º de setembro.
Os Chemical Brothers e os Junior Boys actuam na edição deste ano do Festival Sudoeste TMN.
Björk, Franz Ferdinand, Vanessa da Mata, Fanfarlo, Yael Naim e Fat Freddy's Drop e a companhia teatral La Fura del Baus estão também confirmados. Os bilhetes para os quatro dias de festival (de 7 a 10 de Agosto) já estão à venda e custam 75 euros.

Despite an interruption mid show caused by a 10 minute long audio problem the Chemical Brothers put on a tremendously rocking and fun show at the Fillmore Auditorium last night.
Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons took the show after opener The Faint performed a 45 minute set. Opening with “Galvanize” the duo worked the crowd throughout the night and seamlessly blended in two of my other favorites “It began in Afrika” and “Leave Home.” Their metallic set and interwoven chain video screen gave an industrial vibe to the normally cozy looking Fillmore, and the crowd of all ages, styles, and backfounds at it all up.

The Klaxons, Midlake, Willy Mason, Fatlip and Ali Love are among the guests on the Chemical Brothers' sixth album, "We Are the Night." As previously reported, the set is due June 19 via Astralwerks.
