I am not a fan of the VH1 Reality show Charm School that Mo’Nique is hosting. When I heard that the show was going to be trying to teach manners to the ladies that were rejected from Flavor of Love that was enough for me.
You may be wondering as well why Mo’Nique would do a show like this which is totally oppposite of her other show.

Thank goodness Charm School will be over soon. To bad with the popularity of bottom feeding shows like this there will be more to come this summer. I hope that Mo’Nique leaves this type of activity alone but I am sure if the opportunity presents itself she will do something similar in the future.

Last weekend I watched an episode of Mo’Nique’s: Charm School on VH1. I think I watched more out of disbelief than interests. The young ladies all rejects from “Flavor of Love” are supposed to be learning charm. From what I saw all I could imagine that they are learning is how not to shout when cussing someone out.
The closest thing to charm being taught to the young ladies was when on two occasions they went to the principles office to talk to Mo’Nique about problems with the other cast members. There was very little polishing going on from what I could see. Keeping in mind that this is a reality show that is feeding of the negative energy of the ladies for ratings I continued to watch in shock of the antics of the ladies.

Apparently, Viacom subsidiary, and MTV affiliate VH1, who is popular for reality shows like Flavor of Love 1 & 2, I Love New York, Celebrity Fit Club, The Surreal Life, and now Mo’Nique’s Charm School is under fire for ripping the idea of a lady by the name of Drew Sidora for a show she called “Ghetto Fabulous.” In a letter obtained by Hip Hop Crunch, you can see how exactly everything went down .. check out the full letter after the cut!
