Recently, when looking for some music to listen to, I came across an album by Sia. I started to play it, but something in me reacted strongly against this. Exploring this, I was shocked to find the source of the hesitation. A song from this album, “Breathe Me”, had been featured in its entirety on the final episode of the television show Six Feet Under. The sequence on the show had been poignant. While the song played, the exploits and eventual endings of the show’s characters had been played out; down to the trademark “r.i.p.” screen for each member of the cast. This had been a pretty powerful way to say goodbye to both the viewers and characters alike. It was almost a statement that there would be no more of any of them, as they were all dead.

All I know is I watch waaaay too many cartoons!!! Back in 1983, when Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi was released, many people thought the Ewoks ruined the film because there’s just no way that furry midget teddy bears could defeat Imperial Stormtroopers by throwing rocks at them. I for one love the Ewoks because although I know they are stupid, they looked so cute and cuddly when I was a child, that the love for them grew up along with me. But by 1999, when Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace was released, I was 21 and I did not want to see any Ewoks in my new Star Wars. With the recent announcement of Samba de Amigo for the Wii I noticed that Sega have continued the same trend with their character art. Once again Sega have equipped the main character with a Wiimote. See what I mean: I’m not sure why they do it, but its just interesting as the character doesn’t use the Wiimote in these games, its the gamer that does that. Two new actors are confirmed for the third season of Prison Break. Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, Robert Wisdom will be joining the Burrows brothers in the new season.Fox announced today that Robert Wisdom and Jodi Lyn O'Keefe will join Prison Break as two brand new characters.
