Ingredientes:4 pêssegos amarelos não muito maduros2 colheres de sopa de Cointreau6-7 colheres de sopa de açúcar4 colheres de chá de manteiga100 gramas de biscoitos de amêndoas20 gramas de chocolate ao leite150 ml de creme de leite frescoaçúcar de confeiteiro1 gemaPreparo:Lavar os pêssegos, enxugar, cortar ao meio e eliminar o caroço. Bater no processador os biscoitos com o chocolate. Juntar o licor e a gema, misturar e rechear os pêssegos. Colocar os pêssegos recheados num refratário forrado com papel-manteiga, distribuir a manteiga em flocos e levar ao forno médio, preaquecido, por cerca de 25 minutos. Retirar do forno e deixar esfriar. Colocar o açúcar numa panela pequena, acrescentar 2 colheres (sopa) de água, levar ao fogo e cozinhar em fogo baixo até obter um caramelo claro. I had planned to go to the Original Quilt and Sewing Expo in Kansas City this year, but unfortunately cannot leave town that weekend. :cry: HOWEVER, I may be able to get away in September for at least part of the same Expo in Chantilly, VA-- since I can drive there it's a little easier to plan for me, but still would require some juggling. It is September 27-29. Is anyone going to this one? The reviews on this website aren't overly great on the past Chantilly events -- does anyone out there have an opinion?
