Is Hillary Clinton part of an elite New World Order cult on Capitol Hill?
In the past couple of days, Barack Obama has endured a sustained attack against him for his friendship and association with Rev. Jeremiah Wright. His poll numbers seem to have gone down as the media has kept up a relentless barrage to tarnish Obama’s reputation. Two months ago, Barack was characterized as being unpatriotic for not holding his hand over his heart during the singing of the National Anthem, even although he was singing the words. Last month, the media depicted him as a Muslim wearing a turban in Africa. This month, they are pillorying him as a radical racist.Throughout it all, Hillary Clinton has been silent about Obama’s unfavorable faith connection. One wonders why.Rumors abound in Washington, that Hillary is part of a secret, elite, progressive faith group who acknowle

"Dramatic hearing on Capitol Hill: Members of Congress demand to know why FDA refuses to do Environmental Impact Statement"
(Posted by Patrick Sullivan Jr.) In my inbox from Charlie Brown of Consumers for Dental Choice: Dramatic hearing on Capitol Hill: Members of Congress demand to know why FDA refuses to do Environmental Impact Statement FDA was called to the carpet at a dramatic hearing on Capitol Hill on Nov. 14. Chairman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), Congressman Dan Burton (R-Ind.), and Congresswoman Diane Watson (D-Calif.) took turns insisting that FDA comply with the law by doing an Environmental Impact Statement on mercury amalgam. A second panel of witnesses included mercury environmental expert Michael Bender, who quantified the colossal damage wrought by dental mercury on the environment, and National Environmental Policy Act expert Ray Clark, who explained why, without a doubt, FDA must do an environmen

Capitol Hill: Don't Dare Ask Us To Write The Word God!
Capitol Hill regularly honors citizens for their service with flags flown over the Capitol complete with a letter of authenticity and personal inscription. However when Andrew Larochelle requested one for his grandfather, he was in for a surprise. It was requested by Andrew that the certificate of authenticity accompanying the flag read: This flag was flown in honor of Marcel Larochelle, my grandfather, for his dedication and love of God, country and family. Apparently this was too much to ask from a congress where the Democratic Party reigns with majority. The Architect's office, citing its own rules, returned the certificate with "God" omitted. The word "God" is carved into the walls of both chambers of Congress. In addition, The Architect as the custodian of the Capitol currently maintains several religious symbols in the building. Yet apparently it not politically correct to write it upon the request of a citizen. On Thursday, Rep. Michael Turner (R-OH) demanded that Capitol

Erik Prince goes to Capitol Hill to testify before Rep
Blackwater CEO Erik Prince goes to Capitol Hill to testify before Rep. Henry Waxman's (D-CA) House Government Reform and Oversight committee. One issue that's got our attention about Blackwater is the firm's ability to leapfrog a number of much older and well-established US firms in Iraq. And that's got us interested in Prince's Republican political credentials.Along those lines, a few details about Prince to help frame tomorrow's hearing.Erik Prince is 37 years old. He founded Blackwater in 1997 with money he inherited from his father, Edgar Prince, the head of Prince Automative. The elder Prince and his wife were major Republican and conservative activists and funders. And Prince himself co-founded The Family Research Council with Gary Bauer and apparently provided the key early funding for the group.According to Bauer, "I can say without hesitation that, without Ed and Elsa and their wonderful children, there simply would not be a Family Research Council."Prince's sister, Bet

On Capitol Hill, a Warmer Climate for Biofuels - W...
On Capitol Hill, a Warmer Climate for Biofuels - Washington PostExcerpt:"The energy bill now under consideration in the Senate would bring that horizon a lot closer for the ethanol industry. The proposal includes requirements that the use of biofuels -- part corn-based ethanol and part fuels made from other feedstocks -- climb to 36 billion gallons by 2022, more than six times the capacity of the nation's 115 ethanol refineries. While many other provisions of the energy package remain controversial, opposition to the biofuels mandate has all but evaporated in Congress, a situation that would have been almost unthinkable just a few years ago. And though environmental, industry and farming groups can point to numerous unresolved concerns about biofuels' effects and feasibility, the ethanol lobby has never been stronger."http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/06/14/AR2007061402089.html?hpid=topnews
