This is not 10 cents worth or 20 cents worth or even 31 cents worth....just 2 cents.If you look at this chart of the average Minnesota retail gas price, you can see a pretty steady upward climb from April 1st to the present. Now, unless I am completely mistaken, the April 1st gas tax increase was 2 cents.
