Thomas Gerbasi of UFC.com breaks the news, which happened at the UFC 91 teleconference. If any audio or video comes available I will post it.From Thomas GerbasiIf we’ve learned one thing in combat sports, it’s to never say never. This old adage was solidified once again today, as UFC President Dana White announced the November 15th return to the Octagon of heavyweight champion Randy Couture to
BloodyElbow has exclusive details on what now is becoming more than just speculation. Michael Rome of BE has the scoop.First, I can say with 100% certainty that there are current negotiations for Randy Couture to return in November to main event, and that the current proposed opponent is Brock Lesnar. They can't get Fedor, too many issues to work out on short notice, and he has a US-only non compe
I didn't get a chance to do quick picks for last few UFC events, but the picks are back. Here they are this UFC 87: Seek and Destroy. Obviously St. Pierre vs Fitch, Lesnar and Roger Huerta vs Kenny Florian are interesting fight, but the rest of the card on paper is so so for me.

Out of all the Yahoo! Sports MMA section newly minted MMA "experts" I always considered Dave Meltzer to be the best out of the bunch as he's been around MMA for a while longer than the rest. Most of the time, if I have time, I usually just quickly scan over their MMA coverage as they're often pretty bland and biased and plain bad...cough...Kevin Iole anyone?...cough.
Prove it....Brock Lesnar is a beast, a monster, hell on wheels, and bound to be the top heavy weight in the UFC...Prove it!No one will deny Lesnar his wrestiling history or is physical stature, but in terms of being a 2 to 1 favorite against any seasoned UFC fighter, there's no ryhme or reason. He's very new to the sport and with his first fight ending so quickly he's really untested. What does he

I'm ALWAYS late when it comes to new, underground artists!!!! By the time I find out about them, they have already been nominated for Grammy's or are beginning to have mainstream success!!!! Ledisi is one of those artists!!!! I had listened to her music a while back but never took the time to check out more of her songs. So, yesterday I was at work and (as always) I needed something to soothe my mind and my thoughts. I listened to this song about 15 times. I just kept letting it reply. Her voice and he melody of the music in the background just took me to another place. It's Ledisi covering "Devotion" by Earth, Wind, and Fire. I'm going to pick up her cd tis weekend!!!!! So, here is the link to the song I'm currently listening to. ENJOY!!!!!!! and make sure you check out her website www.le

Well, I think you guys like bamboo furniture too (isnt it awesome). Talking of green furniture, what do you call a designer who takes creativity to the next level to build up fantastic furniture systems that require little or no assembly? Brock Brandenberg, of course! The designer has been Legares original creator in line, the founder of the patented designs. His contemporary twist to sustainable furniture is quite fun to get on toes, really! I like his innovative consumer products, be it furniture, consumer electronics or computer software! The interesting part is that with his growing admirers in North America, Germany, England, Japan and Korea; his designs remain original and green.
Take a look at a few ones from my personal fav. list
This one is unadulterated fun for kids. Ge

To all the fans out there that decided to ignore the fact that Brock Lesnar was a NCAA Division I heavyweight champ and a real elite athlete before he joined WWE to make a living and derogatory comments after his loss to Frank Mir by submission about him still not being "real", please listen to Mr. Sunshine's radio interview of Frank Mir to hear what Frank Mir himself thinks about Brock Lesnar after the fight finally took place.
To all the fans to had a clue about Lesnar's athletic experience and his good performance against Frank Mir, also please list to Mr. Sunshine's interview of Frank Mir. It's quite revealing and honest coming from Mir himself. I have to give Mir props for admitting that few times whe
So wow, yeah, all the anticipation that led up to this fight, all the speculation and questions were sort of answered. I picked Brock Lesnar to win in my UFC 81 quick picks. He lost the fight unfortunately, but he won respect of many MMA fans that doubted him as being a legitimate threat in MMA. It definitely turned out that way.
The fight started of with Mir low kicking Lesnar and Lesnar catching the kick and immediately taking Mir down. They ended up in Mir's half guard and Lesnar immediately started putting pressure on Mir by vicious looking strikes from the top. In the process of trying to avoid Lesnar's pressure Mir turns his head a little too much toward Lesnar and Lesnar accidentally punched Mir to the back of his head. It was one single punch t

Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir - Brock Lesnar will run right through Frank Mir. Lots of people are writing Lesnar off against but his wrestling experience and Mir being artificially hyped up by Iole's types will expose Mir and his mediocrity. His biggest win to date is still against another mediocre The Lame-iac Sylvia and even that was a freak accident.
Rodrigo Nogueira vs Tim Sylvia - I want Nogueira to win and really hope he will catch Sylvia with something. He'll punch his way inside and take the find to the ground.
Marvin Eastman vs Terry Martin - I think Martin will take this one with his power
Richardo Almeida vs Yuntd - Almeida, he was really good at one point
Jeremy Horn vs Nate Marquartd - Horn should take this one with some e
In the beginning of January Lesnar was coming in as a fairly heavy favorite (-200) and I suggested that due to experience and the match up of skills Mir should not be the underdog in this fight and the time was ripe for a bet on Mir at +160 (Mir vs Lesnar original betting post). Now that some time has past and bettors with more MMA experience have started bringing in their money, the lines have evened up a fair bit.Mir is still a slight dog at +120 and a bet on him now isn't as strong of a value, so lets look at the match up and see what the straight pick is.Frank Mir, former Heavywight Champ, has been slowly working his way back into top form since his accident in 2004. Just as he was looking most confident and fit, he was quickly stopped by Brandon Vera at UFC 65. Nine months later he re
Quick pick note for the UFC 81 headline fight. Frank Mir's betting line is sitting at +160 at Sportsbook right now. Bodog had him at +165 but that line has since come down to +140. I would expect that as time gets closer the odds on this fight will even up.Frank Mir should be the favorite in this match up due to styles and especially experience. Brock isn't going into a brawl with Tank Abott here. He is facing a very skilled and tough finisher in only his second MMA fight.Lock in the bet now while the odds are this good.......You wanna make a bet....

Former pro wrestler turned mixed martial arts fighter Brock Lesner recently signed with the UFC. His first match was announced, Lesner will face former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir. Here's a snippet from sherdog. The UFC on Monday announced that Lesnar (1-0) will fight former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir (Pictures) (10-3) Feb. 2 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Read the full article HEREMy Take- Frank Mir is obviously not what he once was, but he is still a very tough opponent for someone with only 1 mma fight under his belt. Lesner is obviously the stronger of the 2, but I would predict its gonna be a hard for Lesner to win this match against someone with alot of experience in the octagon.Ultimate MMA News and Articles for your reading pleasure.
Here comes the pain, UFC!
Brock Lesnar has signed a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The 30-year-old former WWE star is eager to take the next step in his mixed martial arts career and is now expected to take on some of the best heavyweights in the world.
The announcement of the signing of Lesnar to a promotional contract was made by UFC President Dana White during the
Last night, I had the chance to see, for only the second or third time in my life, Brock Gill performing his amazing illusions. He did a show at a church outside Atlanta, not in Texas as was originally thought. I was quite impressed. Due to a scheduling mixup, Auny was unable to attend, but Brock did a great job. Easily in the league of any magician you've seen live, on television, or otherwise.
Brock did two sets, and I spoke with him briefly between the two. Seems like things are going well in Gill-land. And I got him to tell me all of his secrets. You want to know? I'll tell you: it's magic.
Brock Lesnar, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) wrestler, professional wrestler, UFC Champion Sean Sherk’s wrestling coach, Royce Gracie Trainee and newly started MMA fighter is rumored to be speaking with Dana White about becoming a UFC Fighter. Thus far Brock has only one mixed martial arts fight under his belt. He defeated Min Soo Kim at a K-1 event. We’ve got the Min Soo Kim video posted below, keep in mind, Min Soo Kim has 2 wins and 6 losses!

I don't really like Brock Lesnar but his training is great. Similar to MMA techniques and not only that, even fitness and getting more strength is included. Just watch it! I particularly liked the one for the abs, he said he learned it in college, just before the rubber bands:
In a world which already seems to lack respect and integrity, I am deeply saddened by the passing of Australia’s greatest ever motor-sport ambassador and a true blue sporting icon, Peter Brock. The striking contributions he has made to his chosen industry, and indeed, our society will never be forgotten. The qualities that Peter Brock brought to our world have motivated, inspired and given real purpose to generations of Australians.
Farewell old friend.

Lou Brock Lightning on the base paths and slick as a cat, Lou Brock changed the game of baseball by becoming a master in the art of stealing bases. Before Rickey Henderson broke the all-time stolen base record, he accumulated 938 stolen bases during his 19-year career. Brock started off with the Chicago Cubs, but when he failed to impress the brass in the organization, he was traded to the Cardinals for Ernie Brogilio, which until this day remains one of the lopsided deals ever in baseball history. Lou was a six-time All-Star selection, and is a member of the 3,000 hit club. He helped the St. Louis Cardinals to three National League pennants and two World Series championships. He was elected to the National Hall of Fame in 1985. Kirby Puckett One of my favorite players growing up, Kirby Puckett epitomized the spirit of baseball and what it means to be a ball player. Although short in stature, he was a man who carried a big bat and was a five-tool player. Seemi
