Britons taking up loans to have dental treatments?
Check this out home based business entrepreneurs and online money makers. I know that it sounds too unbelievable to be true but MagicLoans Dot Co Dot UK (specializing in providing consolidation & secured loans) reported that some Britons were forced to take up loans to have dental treatments!Talk about desperation! There you have it folks. I can’t really blame those Britons for taking up loans since they did not have any free or affordable dental health service in their area (somewhere in Derry). I have one question though, just how expensive is private dental health service in the United Kingdom that some Britons just have to take up loans to have them?Surely it is not that expensive. Have a little compassion, Briton’s dental health practitioners! Money is not everything, you know!Thi

UK Up In Arms Over Loss Of Two CDs. 25 Million Britons Affected By Lack of Data Encryption
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has lost two CDs containing the details of 25 million people in the United Kingdom.  With the official population of the UK at 60.5 million, this represents slightly less than half of all the people in that country.  The matter was grave enough, combined with other data breaches at the same department, for the chairman, Paul Gray, to resign.   The data that could potentially be compromised are the names, addresses, and the birthdates of every child in the UK, plus the bank account details and England’s equivalent of Social Security numbers of 10 million parents and other caretakers.  The two CDs were lost en route to the National Audit Office.  Because of the nature of the media lost—compact discs—there has been plenty of fist-pounding on why the government is using such “ancient museum pieces” and that these must be replaced.  I would like to comment, as I usually do, that the method of delivery is not at fault.&

More Britons Investing in Parisian Properties
In the 1980s and early 1990s there was a trend for foreigners buying properties in the French capital, but this has slowed in recent years. Thanks to these reforms - and the new high-speed train service from London St Pancras - this trend looks set to be rekindled.House prices in Paris rose 9.9% last year. They are now slowing but the city is regaining its lost prestige.According to the Paris Chamber of Notaries, the proportion of flats in the French capital bought by foreigners rose from 5.2% in 1996, to 8.2% in 2006. British homebuyers represented 5% of foreign purchasers five years, but now account for a huge 10.8%, having bought 279 Parisian properties over the past 12 months.

      Freed Britons Say `confessions’ Coerced
ROYAL MARINE BASE CHIVENOR, England (AP) - British sailors and marines freed by Iran said Friday they were blindfolded, isolated in cold stone cells and tricked into fearing execution while being coerced into falsely saying they had entered Iranian waters. They said there was no doubt the 15 crew members were in Iraq’s territorial waters when they were seized by heavily armed boats of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard. They also said their jailers had singled out the only woman among the captives for use in propaganda. Iran, which has been celebrating the incident as a victory, quickly rejected the charges, dismissing a news conference held by six of the freed personnel as “propaganda” and “a show.” Iranian state TV accused British leaders of “dictating” the crew’s statements. Appearing a day after being flown home to reunions with their families, the eight sailors and seven marines reported undergoing constant psychological pressure and

Tony Blair Says Only Solution is for Iran to Release the Captured Britons!
Iran showed three British sailors on television and released a letter today from one of the sailors that says she is remaining captive because of “oppressive” behavior in Iraq on the part of US and Britain. A third letter from British sailor Faye Turney said, “I am writing to you as a British service person who has been sent to Iraq, sacrificed due to the intervening policies of the Bush and Blair governments.” Tony Blair, British Prime Minister, said that these letters and the TV airing of three British sailors is causing more disgust from people at the way Iran is treating these sailors and marines and could possibly cause Iran more isolation. The video that was released showed a woman in a headscarf and two men in uniforms who were talking and smiling in a room together.  On the footage on of the sailors said, “We trespassed without permission,” and that, “I would like to apologize for entering your waters without any permission…I de

Iran ‘to try Britons for espionage’
Fifteen British sailors and marines arrested by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards off the coast of Iraq may be charged with spying. A website run by associates of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, reported last night that the Britons would be put before a court and indicted. Referring to them as “insurgents”, the site concluded: “If it is proven that they deliberately entered Iranian territory, they will be charged with espionage. If that is proven, they can expect a very serious penalty since according to Iranian law, espionage is one of the most serious offences.” The warning followed claims by Iranian officials that the British navy personnel had been taken to Tehran, the capital, to explain their “aggressive action” in entering Iranian waters. British officials insist the servicemen were in Iraqi waters when they were held. The penalty for espionage in Iran is death. However, similar accusations of spying were made when eight British servicemen were detained in th

      Britons Shall Be Slaves!
According to the song that British people like to sing at the Proms and other events, “Britons never shall be slaves” - Rule Britannia! Britannia rule the waves. Britons never, never, never shall be slaves. The nations, not so blest as thee, Must in their turn, to tyrants fall, Must in ,must in, must in their turn, to tyrants fall, While thou shalt flourish, shalt flourish great and free, The dread and envy of them all. Under secret government plans, however, this is exactly what may become of many unwanted citizens of Great Britain, as the government tries to find solutions to the prison overcrowding problem and unwanted foreign immigrants. It seems that the recent plans by John Reid at the Home Office to bring in prison ships in order to house the country’s growing population of criminals may have sparked the idea. Nobody at government level will admit to the plans or speak publicly about them, but leaked emails have revealed that certain groups of people may find t
