Well I am sure she has done this for shock but what a silly girl because people are thinking that she is out of control. She is pictured here in the tattoo shop shaving it herself and also getting a new tattoo. I think Britney needs attention because that is what she has been used to for sometime of her life. I dont believe she is losing it I believe she does not give a crap anymore about her appearence but she still needs publicity even if it is in a bad way or good.I think the breaking point for her wildness will be when she loses her children and this will happen unless she keeps out of the public eye.
