Britney Spears will re-enter rehab. She’s sick of being questioned about her drug intake, and plans to put all uncertainty to rest by getting “treatment”, claim sources close to the family.
An insider told press, “Britney’s team has been working closely with her attorneys to figure out a way to get the babies back from Kevin. She is surrendering herself to rehab for treatment of depression and alcohol so that there is no questioning if she is drinking or missing any future tests.”
Until things are all figured out, Kevin Federline has full custordy of the kids and Britney will only be permitted to have supervised visits with her sons.
Earlier this week County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order stating that K-Fed “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
It was also indicated that Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, brought up the fact that Britney

After Britney’s first and failed attempt and making a comeback video, she is now giving it another go. This time she was not spotted dressed like a stripper!
The popstar went to a club in Venice to try it one more time. This may have something to do with the fact that she hired new management. My guess is that he saw the video and was appalled and insisted she do it over again.
While in Mexico yesterday, Britney Spears was seen walking along the beach looking very sexy in a polka dot bikini. This really does show how hard Britney has worked to get her body back to how it used to be.
We do not know how great she would look if she did not have her hair extensions in, but looking how she does now with a sexy tan she seems a million miles away to where she was just a few months back.

It's been said that K-Fed wants to get back together with Britney. THIS IS INSANE! Why the hell would he want to do such a thing. For once, Kevin is coming off as the more responsible adult of the two. All jokes were geared towards him, and when he finally catches a break, he seems to miss being the butt of all jokes and tries to get back to reality. This just blows my mind. It has been confirmed that Britney has checked into Promises Treatment Center in Malibu. Apparently her father dropped her off at the posh rehab center where many celebrities have been treated like Ben Affleck, Matthew Perry and Mel Gibson. There is still a lot of speculation about an actual intervention and why oh why Ms Brit shaved off her hair. Extra TV is reporting that the buzz cut may be thanks to a big fight with Kevin where he claimed he was going to test her hair to see what kind of crap she was up to. People is reporting that Kevin is concerned for his soon to be ex-wife. We all are Kev, we all are. Fingers crossed that she will lay low and rest up while in Promises. Now that we've seen confirmation of Brit in the center, hopefully the paparazzi can leave her alone to recover.
