I have unfortunately been "blessed" with dark under-eye circles. When I wake up in the morning, I look as though I've been out partying for six nights straight with a consecutive amount of three hours of sleep -- and that's when I've slept for eight hours a night! Hace tiempo desarrolle la teoría de que uno puede tener una buena idea de lo bueno que estará el concierto en base al tiempo que tome su transporte en llevarlo, por ejemplo, si hay mucho trafico, de ese que le toma a uno 2 horas en recorrer 1 km es una señal de que el concierto no va a estar tan bueno, o al menos no como para justificar el pasar por ese martirio para llegar (incluso cuando uno va en metro, el vagón lleno es mala señal...). You don’t have to love a performer or his behavior to appreciate his art. Yes, Oberst was pounding drinks hard all show, and it seemed to be having an effect toward the end. He’s a pompous dude, and his constant strutting around stage with his guitar, getting in the face of whoever’s turn it was to carry the song for a bit, got pretty old. But whatever you have to say about the guy, he put on a damn good show

Cassadaga--overtly mature in both lyrical content and musical complexity--marks Bright Eyes’ evolution into a more diverse, less Oberst-oriented band, which is something that’s been waiting to happen for the better part of the decade. The songs here are more musically rich, from the fiddles on the barnyard theme “Four Winds” to the heavy percussions in “Soul Singer in a Session Band.”

It is easily the Album of 2007 so far (towering over the Shins), and it will take something quite extraordinary to knock Tweedy and chums of that perch. The best track on Sky Blue Sky is “Impossible Germany”, which seems to sample the guitar riff from Thin Lizzy’s "Sarah". "Shake It Off" is another stand-out track, sounding like the Beatles White Album era going a tad alt.country. Fantastic.
