At that point, however, I only had a [...]

Boulder Ranked ‘Smartest City’ in America
I knew I felt a change when I moved out to Boulder last April. At first, I thought maybe it was the lack of oxygen and high elevation. Or maybe it was living in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains… It turns out that according to Forbes Magazine, Boulder is ranked the smartest city in America. [...]

Boulder Colorado Peloton Condos Rival Big City Projects
Urban living and upscale condo projects have been a national trend for many years, and Boulder Colorado has finally hit it big with The Peloton Boulder (at 3601 Arapahoe Avenue). This project strives to accomplish on a grand scale what hasn’t been attempted for many years in Boulder: to provide the kind of broad-appeal to residents that share common aspirations and a passion for the challenge of outdoor activities, and the thrill of urban living. The Peloton location offers something unique in Boulder condos: quick access to the University of Colorado (CU) campus, the Pearl Street Mall, the Boulder Creek Path, the Twenty-Ninth Street Retail District, the Foothills Parkway / Highway 36, and the projected Boulder Transit Center. Owning a home in Boulder Colorado has often meant compromise – one that required choosing between affordability and luxury. What distinguishes The Peloton is a superb combination of attributes and appointments that you won’t find anywhere else in Boulder:

      A day in Boulder City
Today I spent the day in clean, green Boulder City. Despite the severely restricted growth, there is some new construction going on there. Several new homes are being finished in Lake Mead View Estates. Some of the views are spectacular and the homes aren't bad either!  The community is located just off US 93 on your way to Lake Mead. After touring the community, we took a break and made a pit stop at Hemening Way park. It has great views of Lake Mead and attracts all sorts of visitors. A few minutes later, several females came to join him for lunch. Apparently they are regular visitors because there are signs up everywhere stating that they are wild animals and not to feed them. Dogs aren't allowed at the park either. One of the residents we were talking to there said that they

      The Return of Boulder Dash
I remember back when I was in the 3rd grade on the old Toybox OS computers at school we had a remade version of the Commodore 64’s Boulder Dash titled Rockford(Rockford is the name of the main character). This game was dear to everyone at my school and it really hit home once the school updated to Windows 95. Even the internet couldn’t supplement the coolness of Rockford. Unfortunately I had almost forgotten about this game entirely until a few days ago my brother loaded up the title in Dos Box. Talk about a hit of nostalgia! I was so apt to play this forgotten gem again. And yes, it was as awesome as it was back in the day. But no, Rockford’s comeback hadn’t finished there folks. A few days ago I was cruising through my feeds only to discover that the series was making a come back on the PSP and DS. Forgot all of those other titles. This time its back. ^_^ Unfortunately as apt as RockFord was in the day, this new title doesn’t quite look to match the ori

Boulder Belt Blog describes cherry tomato hell
Boulder Belt Blog: "Cherry tomato hell has hit Boulder belt. This happens every year when we have more cherry tomatoes than we can possibly sell but they have to be harvested anyway. If we do not pick them they will start splitting and rotting on the vines which will attract the wrong insect crowd as well as a lot of fungi, bad bacteria and viruses. The result will be dying vines loaded with inedible fruit long before frost kills them off. Something we want to avoid"Enjoyed reading Lucy's little rant that just happens to be full of great gardening tips. It is in her environmental passion that I can intersect with her politics... but otherwise we are polar opposites. For me, that shouldn't matter in good gardening camaraderie, although I know that some don't want any politics with their gardening and others want the politics to at least be of their own flavor. Good reading written by a knowledgeable and dedicated organic grower. I personally try to incorporate locally grown organic p

The Story of the Boulder County Trail Map
It took outdoor enthusiasts in Boulder County 10 years to get a land ownership and trail map of their trail-wealthy county produced in cooperation with government agencies. I wonder how many other communities want something like this but are unable to bring together the required resources?

Draw lines to hinder the rocks and send them back to the giants. The giants will die if you can forward the rock back to him. The village really needs your help! Have fun! Play this game!

"Horse Stone" - A Small Church On Large Boulder
This is a strange structure standing deep in Russian forests on the Horse Island in the middle of small lake. It’s a small Christian church on top of a very large boulder. This boulder has a history too. Long before the Christianity came to Russia, this rock was used by local tribes as an idol, thousand years ago in 1000 b.c. It was called “Horse-Stone” and the island as we mentioned was called Horse Island. They sacrificed horses to it and when first Christians came they were shocked by bloody rituals of locals, but after they cleared up the place they decided to use the stone. Probably the main reason was to have it under control in order to prevent locals continuing with their pagan procedures around it.More related:Yanko Design Tree House Fridge Lv Zhongfang Matchbox Concept Cellphone12 Unique Aurora Colour Changing Alarm ClockHelp Homeless Advertisement Campaign Vanuatu Post - The Only Underwater Post OfficeBlue Lagoon Iceland - A Unique Geothermal SpaComfish - USB Mini Aqua

      The Boulder On My Shoulder
I was standing in a lengthy line for the ladies’ room. I had to pee so bad I was crossing my legs and standing on my tip-toes, cursing the extra cup of coffee I’d had.   The door to the men’s room opened, and a man walked out.  I looked at the pregnant woman behind me. “I’ll watch the door for you if you want to use the other restroom,” I offered. She dashed inside. A pudgy teen ambled up to the men’s restroom.  “Someone’s in there,” I volunteered. He sighed heavily and leaned against the wall.  His jeans drooped below his waist and puddled over his shoes.  His hair was kinky-curly and obscured most of his face.  The Circle Jerks design on his t shirt was so faded I could barely make it out. The bathroom door opened and the pregnant woman came out.  “Thanks,” she said. “Apparently your big belly interferes with your ability to read,” the teenager sneered, as he rudely pushed passed her. I was in
