This week I maintained. I didn't expect much being on the couch most of the week with no exercise lol. However, I slept for 20 hours (yep you read that right lol)....20 hours on Sunday! I guess my body really needed some sleep ha. I feel better and planning a workout today.
What a great first week of my Boot Camp. I had many workouts and earned a total of 18 activity points!
I had my first week weigh in and glad to say that my workouts are paying off! I lost:
2 pounds!!!!!
I'm down to 176 pounds, that is a total of 9 pounds GONE!

Ahead of its Worldwide Developers Conference on Monday, Apple has released an update to its Boot Camp dual-boot software that adds new graphics drivers among other improvements.
The 274MB release also delivers support for keyboard backlighting (MacBook Pro only), Apple Remote pairing, improved Boot Camp driver installer, improved international keyboard support, and localization fixes.
The beta software, which will be included in Apple’s upcoming Mac OS X Leopard operating system release, allows users of Intel-based Macs to install and run versions of rival Microsoft Corp.’s Windows operating system.
At its annual developers conference on Monday, the Cupertino-based Mac maker is expected to provide an update on Leopard as well as major enhancements to Boot Camp that have remained under wraps for the past 10 months.
Apple last updated its Boot Camp beta in March when it added support for Windows Vista.

For about two years now I've wanted to take this four week adventure boot camp course for women that is given in my area. I gave myself several reasons why I couldn't go over the past several months. As you have probably seen, Apple has created lots of ads about Mac vs PC and trying to get you to switch to a Mac computer, well, with Boot Camp now supporting Windows Vista, they now may have a more compelling way to get you to switch. With Boot Camp you can set up your Mac computer to dual boot between Mac OS X and Windows on an Intel based Mac. While, I’m not a Mac OS fan, I have to admit that with boot camp, it makes me at least want to provide information to readers about considering a Mac. In addition, to Boot Camp, you could go with Parallels and create a Windows virtual machine inside Mac OS X and run the two operating systems and have the best of both worlds. As a note, you will have to purchase a copy of Windows XP or Windows Vista to run on the Mac whether you use Boot Camp or Parallels.

This treatment center, called the Internet Addiction Treatment Center (IATC), uses military drills and therapy to help the children that are addicted to online games, cybersex, chats and Internet pornography.
