Le due ore con loro sono state interessanti, anche se non facili, in quanto abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema che gà avevamo incontrato con Henric e Joanna al Provence Swing Festival di Aix-en-Provence lo scorso ottobre. Infatti, mentre in Italia siamo abituati a contare i sei passi del Boogie 1e2-3e4-5-6, William e Maeva utilizzano naturalmente il 1-2-3e4-5e6e dominante in tutto il resto d'Europa. E così noi tapini, con altri Italiani e Ticinesi, a volte arrancavamo... cercando di non lasciare riemergere il nostro vecchio Passo Base..

Se non vi piace lo Slow, abbiate pazienza, perché poi c'è anche l'Esibizione Fast. So che ci sono ancora pochi posti disponibili per questo Workshop: noi vi consigliamo di non perdere l'occasione per seguire gli insegnamenti di questi due Campioni! Ieri la Serata con gli Attack-a-Boogie al Milwaukee di Varedo era partita così-così, con un'ora di ritardo e l'assenza della tromba Gianpiero, vittima di un incidente motociclistico che gli ha fratturato un braccio (a proposito: in bocca al lupo!). Per fortuna, è stato sufficiente che la Band salisse sul palco e Alessandro si presentasse con la sua innata simpatia, per far prendere alla Serata il verso giusto. Il repertorio degli Attack-a-Boogie è molto piacevole e accattivante, anche se non sempre facile da ballare Boogie, perché gli interessanti cambi di ritmo e dinamica forse sono più ballabili con il Lindy Hop, come d'altra parte è giusto che sia, per una Band che suona Swing. Lo prova il fatto che quasi sempre la Pista da Ballo&

Boogie es el título del próximo juego de Electronic Arts para Wii. En él, utilizando las capacidades de detección de movimiento de Wii, deberemos bailar, cantar y grabar vídeos musicales. En principio suena divertido, pero parece que hay opiniones para todos los gustos. De momento dos webs importantes ya han publicado una review del juego: GamePro y 1UP. La primera le da un 80 sobre 100 y destaca su facilidad de control y lo divertido que resulta. That’s being called into question, not because he’s been shown to have a boyfriend or has come out saying that he was gay. Most bloggers (myself included) have joked about certain people (like Matt, from Top Design) being gay. Looking at things more closely, though, where do the jokes end and the seriousness begin?
