Der Song "Total Eclipse of the Heart" , gehört zu meinen absoluten All Time Favorits. Keine 0815-Nummer, sondern absolut Zeitlos. Der Komponist James Richard Steinman, welcher u.a für die Musik in Tanz der Vampire verantwortlich ist, hatte ursprünglich diesen Song, wie viele andere, für Meat Loaf geschrieben. Meat Loafs Palttenfirma wollte dafür aber kein Geld zahlen und so kam der Song zu Bonny Tyler. Selbst schuld! Mit dem Song wurden Bonny Tyler über Nacht weltweit berühmt und erklomm in zahlreichen Ländern die Charts und wurde nicht selten Nummer 1, wie in den USA, wo sie 4 Wochen Lang diese Position hielt.
