Here Is The Highly Anticipated Video Premiere For "Bone Thugs" Latest Single "Lil' Love".The track features some heavyweight talent from producer "Jermaine Dupri" & R&B hit maker "Mariah Carey", plus "Bow Wow" who isn't so 'Lil' anymore. It is a slick, hot record from a group who are making a very successful comeback with their album "Strength & Loyalty", after a long spell out of the mainstream limelight.The video is a standard Hip-Hop viewing, with Mariah looking gorgeous as usual & Dupri doing his usual "So So Def" stuff. I have heard a few people saying that Bone Thugs are past it when it comes to churning out hits, but I hope this one proves them wrong. Crecí escuchando a Bone Thugs and Harmony, fueron la inspiración del grupo musical -Punto Rojo, aquí el myspace de uno de mis partner en esa aventura- que tuve en todo el sentido de la palabra y ahi estaban el dia 16 de junio en la Estacion Mapocho de Santiago de Chile, agradablemente ese mismo día mi equipo de futbol favorito, Colo Colo, salía tricampeón.Como habia que hacerla toda ese dia nos fuimos tempranito con mi polola y mi hermano a almorzar al Mercado Central, su pescado frito con arroz y de ahi caminamos unos pasos para llegar a la Estación Mapocho. Their album “Strength & Loyalty” is doing pretty well in the charts, and so is their 1st single “I Tried”. Now for the 2nd single, I really like it & as Mariah describes it’s as one of her favorites. The pseudo-religious theme from “I Tried” carries over to “Order My Steps (Dear Lord)” with a reading of a Bible verse (Jeremiah 10: 23-24, if you want to be specific) followed by excessive condemnation over people not praying and repenting enough. I initially thought it was packed with real heart, but the three violence-praising tracks that round out the record diminish the gospel wannabe’s authenticity.
