The Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences in St Petersburg will be a cultural landmark for residents and visitors offering first-class services to accommodate guests.
It has just been announced that Kessler Enterprise Inc. purchased the land for the future site of the Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences from the city of St. Petersburg for the price of $3.3 million.
From The Tampa Bay Business Journal “No progress has been made on the development since it was first announced in May 2005, but Richard Kessler, president and chief executive officer of Kessler Enterprises, said in a release that construction would begin this fall and end in the fall of 2009.”
The Kessler Collection currently owns other projects in Florida, including the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando, Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine, the Celebration Hotel in Celebration and others around the country.

This faux amber necklace are quite well made. The pendant is almost 2 inches in length it does look larger in the photograph but by being smaller it looks more realistic. It is actually a good weight not to heavy not to light it looks as if some effort has been put into the making of it.
