This is a b/w-picture of flowers on our terrace. The flowers look as if they were painted, doesn't they? I didn't use any software-filter to produce this picture. It must be the colors and structure of the flowers and the conversion to grayscale that give the paint-look. Dies ist ein Schwarz-weiss-Bild von Blumen auf unserer Terrasse. Die Blumen sehen doch aus, als ob sie gemalen waeren, oder nicht? Ich verwendete keinen Software-Filter um dieses Bild zu produzieren. Die Farben und Struktur der Blueten und die Konvertierung in Grauwerte muss diesen Mal-Effekt erzeugt haben. ------------ I usually put some notes or thoughts at this place (below the line) but I'm not very creative today and I don't know what to write. Any ideas what I should put here in future? Advertisements, jokes, news, weather-information, weird thoughts, ...?

Winter finally ended and the sun came back again with all its warmth. Let the sun come in and shine! Der Winter ist nun endlich vorbei und die Sonne kam mit all ihrer Waerme wieder zurueck. This started as a viscosity monotype (layering blue, rubine red and process yellow). I didn't care for the result after pulling it - a little more pressure on the press would have yielded more color blending. So, this one was in the Goof-Off pile.
