I must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed (even though I was on the same side as always ... hmmm) today. I can't seem to find my groove. I'm feeling really irritable and out-of-sorts. I feel tired. I have several little things that are stressing me out. I've spent all morning on the phone for various clients, and that probably adds to my grouchiness. I hate being told that "we are experiencing a large volume of calls; we expect the average hold time to be 10-15 minutes.Best thing to do is to get out of my head for a while. Exercise would be one way; do I want to go that far, though? One look at my flabby body tells me that it might be just the thing!
