Sono pesanti le richieste avanzate dalla Procura Federale nei confronti della Benetton Treviso e del suo ex team manager Andrea Cirelli in merito al caso scoppiato sul tesseramento di Erazem Lorbek ed esaminato oggi davanti la Commissione Nazionale Giudicante. Per la societa' sono stati chiesti 18 punti di penalizzazione, una richiesta che, nel caso in cui venisse accettata, farebbe piombare Treviso in piena zona retrocessione, e la revoca (senza assegnazione) della coppa Italia vinta a Caselecchio lo scorso 11 febbraio, nella finale contro la VidiVici Bologna. Per Cirelli, gia' licenziato dalla societa' veneta, la Procura chiede invece cinque anni di inibizione. Richieste opposte quelle invece presentate dai legali delle parti in causa: quelli della Benetton, secondo i quali non vi e' alcuna responsabilita' da parte del club, hanno chiesto un solo punto di penalizzazione; la difesa di Cirelli, invece, ritiene una pena giusta la sanzione minima edittale piu' le attenu
