The one visited on this occasion was in the Spa Tower. To get there, do the following: From the front desk, go back towards the Conservatory, sticking to the left of it (go right and you'll end up at the hotel's casino). Continue walking, paste the 21-foot chocolate fountain and the waterfall-themed restaurant, Sensi (to be reviewed later this week), and head towards the Spa Tower elevators, which lead to the Spa Tower rooms.Go past the elevators leading to the Spa Tower rooms, past the sundries store, and then go left at the crossroads in the hallway. This will lead you to a dead end, on the left side of which is the bathrooms. (If you go straight or right, you will end up in the hotel's convention center wings.)What's it like?Superb in every way.The room itself is spacious
Exciting? Spectacular? I guess, if that’s what floats your boat.
I’ve never seen the Fountains at Bellagio in person, and it isn’t high on my list. While it is a remarkable piece of engineering, it doesn’t seem to be much more than a glorified laser light show, only done with water. Sure, water is fascinating, but the WOO and SHEBANG behind these fountains seem to be more about “look how precise we can control these jets of water.” I think it takes more creativity to design a compelling piece that relies on the natural properties and behaviors of water.
But what do I know? Maybe I should take the mystery out of Bellagio fountains and show you what it’s really all about. Have a look below.

I have to admit, I have not stayed at the Bellagio. The room rates are more than I budget for on my vacations. But I do enjoy the casino very much. The buffet there is where I go for my main meal of the day. From the photos on here you can see the Bellagio is quite elegant and spacious. The botanical gardens and the pool area are always wonderful to walk around. The many shops in the "Via Bellagio" shopping arcade, and the many fine restaurants around the casino give you many choices. And don't forget the Cirque du Soleil show "O", quite spectacular! You can use the links on here to find more information about the rooms, restaurants and the prices. But the rooms are at top end and very luxurious. You can try for a room with a view of the famous Bellagio fountains!! Now the fountains are free to view, and the music with the fountains is very good, from Celine Dion to Frank Sinatra!!
