Danga Bay is the largest recreation park in Johor Bahru. It fall in the Iskandar Development Region A (IDR). It will be pack of peoples during every weekend evening. It's been a long time I haven't explore the JB town.I parked my car around the OCBC Bank then start to walk thru Wong Ah Fook Road.Before my journey, I saw this two shop lots was build before the second world war!And along the streets, you can see many of these decoration lamp.....At the beginning of Wong Ah Fook Road, this special decoration object appear in front of the JB Custom.I found many water features along the Wong Ah Fook road build by the local council.Good rest for the cleaners ...... This kopitiam is huge with variety of foods, operate 23 hours per day. The hot sunny day has comfort all of them at the moment.......I was at the OUB Bank - Tmn Molek on 24th Dec 2007 (X'mas Eve). As you can see many peoples are rushing in before the holiday begins. I felt relax and happy with the weather.......But it won't last long, the rain started to pour in the early this morning (27° C). As I promised, me & my friend visited the PC Fair III 2007 at Johor International Convention Center this afternoon. The place was crowded and very few parking left at the multi storey car park (as usual). The car parking gave very attractive rate compare with Thursday I visited, MYR4.00 per entry or per day. Some carry stocks in......Some carry out again.....While we walked in to the main entrance, you cannot find a space in any single corner. So crowded and pack of peoples!! I noticed that, in the fair this time…..you can see some new products (dislike previously, only price war). And also this time, not only computer related products are exhibits here….but even you can see SONY LCD TV, Energizer battery??! (I'm not kidding!) Banks promote credit cards (everywhere!), camera booths, backpacks, mobile phone telcos :- Maxis & Celcom promoting their 3G data packages and GPS devices - Garmin & others brands, and they claim the maps loaded in the devices are MalS
This is the first time the regular PC Fair exhibition (organizes by PIKOM) held at Johor International Convention Center (Pesada Johor) (N1°27.700' E103°45.684')I just dropped by to see the preparation of this big event at JB. As you can see every contractors are diligently continued with their tasks without a moment's respite.At the same time, I also walk around this big building.......The washroom.The parking auto pay machine.Parking at JICC is RM2.50 for the first hour!!And I found this KFC Fast Food Restaurant at the back of JICC equipped with free Wifi services and Maybank ATM machine.The PC Fair III which is going to start tomorrow will be the first biggest computer exhibition in JB. I noticed the booth setting up there almost 2 to 3 times more than previous event.I will update the event on this Saturday (15th December 2007).
Finally we can see the smile of the lovely sun!After more than a week rain in JB, most of the peoples here are worry about the flood again! Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) was held at one school in Kg. Senibong, Johor Bahru (19th - 21st) & also many places in Malaysia (Please visit MARTS website for others location)The first World Scout Jamboree was at London UK on 1920.Jamboree on the Air, known by its acronym JOTA, is an international Scouting and Guiding activity held annually on the third full weekend in October. The event is recognized as one of international participation by the various Scout and Guide organisations, and supports several awards which are a part of Scouting and Guiding programmes. Being a coffee addict, among my common hang out place around Johor is the coffee shops, or what the local usually call the "Kopitiam". Actually, you may find Kopitiam all over Malaysia. However, since Johor Bahru is my hometown, and i spend most of my life here, I would like to introduce to all of you two of my favourite Kopitiam.

We have a student that exhibited exceptional commitment to his quest for knowledge, skill, and wisdom. Last week was the continuity follow-up for the first batch of the Moolabhoota degree students, and Mr Akhtar drove all the way from Kota Bahru where he stays, just to commit to his mandatory contact hours for passing the course.
This reminds me of two other students in the past. One flew in
