OK I'm a little pissed off right now after returning from the gym. Usually I love working out at my gym and have mentioned that in previous posts but today was a totally different story. The best and I suppose worst part of my gym is that it is small. I mean there are only 3 benches in the entire place. Normally its not a problem because rarely is there more than 8 people there at any given time.

I managed to get the week off work and made plans with my old man to fish our local harbor today. Even though everything seemed right we just couldn't take a trick and the day ended with a quick run back to the boat ramp to beat one of the tropical storms we get. The fishing was slow and even though we caught a few fish they were all very small. Infosys results for this quarter have generally disappointed the markets resulting in a bad day for IT stocks in general. Infosys crashed by almost 7% today and closed at Rs 1976. Satyam lost about 8.5 % today and closed at Rs 448. All the sectors were up today except for IT. The major factor contributing towards this downfall is obviously the rising rupee. Well, my baby has finally experienced his first bad day. His bad day started out like any other bad day. He woke up happy and excited and it all went downhill from there. The discipline system in his school is a card system. They all start on green and can progress through yellow, white, red, and black. So, last night I'm innocently emptying the dishwasher and washing the coffee pot when in blunders MCB. Obviously he had been out gettin' his drink on as he waddled past me grunting a few words and stomped up the stairs to bed. A few moments later, I heard yelling coming from MCB's bedroom. When I inquired what the matter was, he mumbled down something about "What The Hell Are You Doing Down There ??!!".
I was confused because all I was doing was loading the dishwasher. But in the interest of avoiding an argument I apologized for what MCB apparently thought I had done wrong. I then continued with my tasks but much, much more quietly than before.
Apparently, cleaning up is something that should never be done when MCB is around. It seems to anger the beast. Cleaning should be seen not heard. Good day: Spending the day kitty shopping/kitty adopting with Ross.Bad day: Spending the day sleeping when I should be at Warped Tour because I am so incredibly exhausted and sick-feeling.Yesterday was pretty much amazing. Ross and I went to the St. Paul humane society to look at the kitties. I had a feeling that once we got there, he wouldn't be able to resist the adorableness that would surround us. After viewing the kittens, we made a round or two with the adult cats. I figured he'd want to take a few out and play with them in the cat visiting rooms, but rather than do that he decided he wanted a kitten. He seemed to have already picked out the very first kitten we saw.Her name at the shelter was Lil' Homie. The sign said she was short-hair, but judging by how fluffy she was the shelter volunteer said there was no way she would be a short-hair when she grew up. It's not easy coming back to work after a long vacation, kids. It's even less facile when you get in trouble immediately upon setting foot in the door for things that happened while you were out. Sunday's wet afternoon turned tragic when lightning struck and killed a scuba diver who was surfacing in the ocean off Hillsboro Inlet.
His death was one of several incidents in Broward and Miami-Dade counties linked to the heavy rain and thunderstorms that engulfed the area.

"But Mom I was just moving a chair (while lying on the ground) and it fell over and crashed through my brother's window."Right now I am sitting here collecting my thoughts watching oldest son, clean my kitchen, making ME lunch, sweeping the patio, vacuuming my front room...while I decided if I will let him live or not.
