The one thing that is a small set back in the PC is the ability to upgrade it.Its not as noticable in this PC because you probably aren't going to want to upgrade the RAM, but in the cheaper models you may what to. The RAM is actually buried underneath the DVD drive (along with the HD) which means to get at it you need to remove the DVD. Also the size of the PC prevents add a full size video card (I bought a BFG and had to return it because the card was too wide for the case). The size basically destroys the point of having a second expansion slot because I have yet to find something that would use it.
