Martin A. Armstrong PEI Model (Phi)
Triple Bearish Head Shoulders & Phi 3.14===========================I found this chart from my mailbox, Phi 3.14 model created by Martin Armstrong. Background of Martin is very interesting, but take a look this chart!Martin Armstrong, former chairman of Princeton Economics International.Armstrong called the high of the Nikkei in 1989 months ahead of time—the Nikkei peaked the last week of December as he said it would, then crashed, casting off 40 percent of its value in a matter of weeks. More recently, and again months ahead of time, Armstrong predicted the July 20, 1998, high in the U.S. equities market—to the day. After that morsel of prognostication according to James Smith, a former Princeton Economics employee, the CIA called Princeton, wanting to know how the Institute’s pro

Neil Armstrong's Story to Be Told in "First Man"
Universal has acquired the rights to "First Man: The Life of Neil A. Armstrong," a nonfiction book by NASA historian James R. Hansen. Nicole Perlman, the recently-hired screenwriter, told Variety: The closer he got to the moon, the further away he became from his family. He had a family tragedy before Apollo that turned him into this driven astronaut, and he became such a perfect hero that while Buzz Aldrin was announced to be the first man on the moon, NASA reversed its decision because Neil was regarded as more heroic.Perlman isn't new to NASA-themed screenplays. She recently wrote a script called "Challenger," which is about the investigation of the destruction of the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger. Eugene Armstrong Execution - American Hostage kidnapped in Iraq
Eugene Armstrong - Our hearts bleed and our prayers go out to the families of these men that had to live through this nightmare. I post these on here so people never forget nor ever forgive the barbaric acts commited against innocent non-military men, by a group of very angry people that like to hide beneath masks and a veil of mis-guided religious duty. I know the family of one of these executed hostages came out to say they find forgiveness in their hearts towards the executioners, but I can not see how monsters can ever be forgiven by anyone. These men went to the middle East to work, not to fight any battle, they had no political or military agenda. After being taken hostage, Armstrong was beheaded on 20 September 2004 by the Tawhid and Jihad militant group led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is believed to have personally beheaded Armstrong. The following day, the group beheaded fellow American Jack Hensley, and threatened to kill their third hostage, Briton Ken

      Lance Armstrong For Governor? Senator?
Over the weekend, major media outlets across Texas were littered with stories about Lance Armstrong’s political potential. Of course, the media proclaims to have no clue about Armstrong’s political party affiliation. Evidently, nobody in the MSM realizes they can just call the elections office of the county in which Armstrong is registered to vote and simply ask them to fax his voting history, which would show if he’d voted in a primary election. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’d like to see Lance Armstrong run for Governor or U.S. Senate about as much as I’d like to see the Olsen Twins make another direct-to-video movie. In other words, he’s nowhere in my top 100 list of future Texas political candidates–from either party. It’s not that he’s not a hero to millions or an instant vote-getter–I’m sure those things are true. The reason I don’t want to see Lance Armstrong run for office is because he

Scientisits engineer a "Lance Armstrong mouse": How scientific and journalistic integrity goes bad
US scientists have successfully managed to 'engineer' a line of mice that display remarkable physical prowess and ability. In some English newspapers, it was referred to as "The Mouse that Shook the World", and of course, many have termed it Mighty Mouse.Being scientists, we have no problem with that, and the achievement of the scientists, led by Professor Richard Hanson, in creating the mice by injecting a gene for an enzyme called PEP-CK is a remarkable one (we won't go into the details here). But what is unfortunate is how the scientific and journalistic integrity of exercise science and physiology was then compromised by what can only be described as very bad and very scientifically inaccurate attempts to translate this information for the public, by both the scientists and the media. Now, we have no issue with this - we feel very strongly at The Science of Sport that complex science should be 'packaged' in a more easy to understand, entertaining form, but unfortunately, what P

Hmmm, I’m not too sure about this one….According to Page Six, Ashely Olsen and Lance Armstrong reportedly arrived at the Rose Bar in the Gramercy Park Hotel Monday evening together. They were there with friends, with Ashley “sitting on his lap and making out all night”. Egads. What an ego boost for 36-year-old Lance to have a 21-year-old sucking face with ya. Gross. Looks like he got over his split with girlfriend Tory Burch pretty quickly. Evidently he broke up with her because he was afraid to commit. Maybe Ashley can come over to Lance’s house for a play date with his kids. I can’t believe that Lance would even think about dating Ashley. Come on Lance, you can do better than that…. My brother has been in a bit of a career funk lately.I'm having a tough time relating to his archaeologist job-related funk because my job-related funks are fairly mundane and usually the result of someone bathing their sister in the toilet or lighting their bed on fire. So I dunno, maybe my brother left his bullwhip at home or failed to outrun the boulder. Whatever the source of his angst, it has resulted in way too many phone calls that go something like "But I don't wanna dig up dead people anymore."As if there aren't thousands of southeast Asian youngsters who would gladly give up their careers in the textile industry for the opportunity to play in the dirt so long as it came with a green card and running water. So Matt. The Armstrong House
By:  Erik Hare Any restoration project can be described as a long journey, a trip down a long and winding road. For the Armstrong House, this is more literally true than usual. It has made its way to another crossroad, a place it constantly finds itself at due largely to the influence of urban road projects. Built in 1886 as a double mansion, it used to stand on Sixth Street. Hard times in the neighborhood saw it gradually turned into the Quinlan Nursing Home, and finally into a halfway house. It was not in great shape when the State of Minnesota bought it in the late 1970s as part of the land needed for I-35E. The site was not used for the highway, however, and the Armstrong house sat vacant for many years. It was considered for an arts school and other projects, but none of these worked out. Because the Armstrong House was placed on the National Historical Register, it could not be town down. When the state asked for bids for it in 1992, only two bids came

Jim Carrey, Cuban Pete, Armstrong, Desi, Diaz, and Latin Lovers
I saw The Mask with my kids recently. It's not as great as I remember it, but it's still a lot of fun. The coincidentally Cuban Cameron Diaz is stunning in this film- gorgeous in a way she hasn't appeared since- and it's nice to remember Jim Carrey before he became a serious actor. The Cubanocast relevant scene here is Carrey's performance of Cuban Pete. Cuban Pete hearkens back to a time when Americans visited Cuba in great numbers and the two nations maintained an excellent cultural, economic, and sometimes genetic exchange. During the Cuban Pete era, Latinos, only about one or two percent of the American population at the time, were still considered somewhat exotic in America, and the justified (so I've been told) stereotype of Latin men as romantic and good lovers in general fired the fantasies of Americanas throughout our great nation. Let's begin with the Sonora Matancera's instrumental version. Not spectacular, but remember that the Sonora Matancera wasn't necessar

Practise Your Religion, Says Karen Armstrong
Comment: Something worth thinking about. Practising instead of interpreting and be damned along the way. I have read Karen's books and I like her way of thinking. Especially the highlighted paragraphs. KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 (Bernama) -- Religion is a matter that should be put into concrete practice in order to discover the truth, said well-known author on world religions, Dr Karen Armstrong. She said people should not stop with just having thoughts of the religion they professed but must put that into practice."Religion makes sense when you practise it," she told an audience of about 1,500 at a public lecture on the "Role of Religion in the 21st Century".The public lecture was part of the two-day International Conference on Islam and the West: Bridging the Gap, organised by the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations Malaysia (IDFR), which ended today.England-born Armstrong, a former nun, has written on Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and Judaism. But several of he

      Armstrong - Where are you?
Now that former Tour De France winner Bjarne Riis has admitted to the use of EPO, I cannot help wondering where multiple-time winners Miguel Indurain and Lance Armstrong are hiding. Obviously I don’t know if either was doped during their dominant reign as kings of the most prestigious bike race in the world, but I cannot help being suspicious. Or let me put it like this. What are the odds of you winning 5 or 7 times in a row in any sports, when several of your opponents are cheating? Would you be able to win in poker if everyone else were using marked cards? Could any soccer/football team win The Champions League even once, if the other teams constantly bribed the referees? You get my point – right?I know this is the exact opposite of the way things normal work in our civilized world, but I seriously suggest that these two guys step forward and somehow prove to all doubters (and I cannot be on my own here) that they were “clean” back in the days, when they were so victorious. Prof. Bernard Armstrong - The First Pictures
As I promised a few days back, here are the first pictures of Bernard: No Bernard, you’ve blinked again! Note: He’s the Pepper and Salt one on top of the pile. Bernard is only 10 days old in the pictures which means it’s going to be a while until we get to have him pissing on our carpets [...]

Download Tim Armstrong's solo record free -- if you can find it
Taking a cue from the clever Nine Inch Nails campaign, which featured "leaked" songs, mystery Web sites, and a million different leads, Epitaph Records and Tim Armstrong will be releasing his album song by song, in hidden places. Really.

Blog Tag: 5 Things you don't know about Chris Armstrong
OK, so it's Christmas and party games time! Thank you so very much Karen! Actually seriously thank you for tagging me while there are a still few untagged people left for me to tag! And so we go... 5 things (most of) you (probably) don't know about Chris Armstrong:Back in the sixties, I had long hair and spent a lot of my time surfing (OK, and I listened to the Beach Boys!)About 34 years ago I found myself wrestling with a stowaway on the aft deck of a container ship in the Southern Oceans trying to prevent him from jumping overboard. He was outside the rails and came very close to loosing his life... but was not in the least thankful to me for stopping him! When I was joined by the Bosun and I suggested he hit the man to gain us the advantage, he asked me - this rough, tough sailor of many ports - 'How hard?'!I once lived for a couple of months in Hamburg at the end of the Reeperbahn (the 'red light' district) in Sankt Pauli in Hamburg. My excuse is that it was while I was in ch

      Red blogule to Lance Armstrong
"It's up to you guys". I've delivered my stuff (and certainly taken some other) and now I'm done. Even Indurain looks human compared to me. I've turned into a soulless machine to break the record and the next one will have to go even further.Well Lance, I do respect you for your courage and will, but I don't think you did much for the image of cycling. And I miss Greg LeMond's boyish smile.
