      Anxious personality increases risk of first depression episode late in life
      Even after the age of 70, people prone to feelings of anxiety, worry, distress and insecurity face a risk for a first lifetime episode of clinically significant depression, according to a study led by a University of Rochester Medical Center researcher. "We assume that because depression has not developed for people with these personality traits by the age of 70 that it won't develop," said Paul R.       Has years of acne left you an anxious wreck in front of people?
      Id have to say that acne has added a lot of complicated anxieties over the years.       Ooh I diddnt enjoy going to the supermarket today. It was so crowded and loud, I kept getting in people's way and I started to freak out. I was getting really paranoid, thinking that people wanted to kill me. But I've had worse experiences, I diddnt hear any voices and I found that concentrating intently on my shopping that the paranoia and anxiety subsided to quite managable levels.
