Amerie gets lighter tresses for her new promotional pics. Now if you are anything like me I bet you are wondering what is she promoting, since she has no new album to speak of. But I'll let her rock and just look at the pictures and pretend that she is working on something. I think I like her better as a brunette though. Now I will admit that she is doing better than Beyonce as a honey blonde (for some reason Bey always looks like she should sit between Solange's knees and get her scalp greased). I also could have done without the bicycle ala flash dance and the Ring Master of Barnum and Bailey Circus pictures but overall, I give her 2 thumbs up!Are you a publicty stunter? Subscribe here

Here Is The Brand New Single From 'Hit & Miss' Rapper; "Chingy". "Fly Like Me" features R&B star "Amerie" & will apparently be the lead single from his up-coming album: "Hate It Or Love It". The "Bryan Cox" produced track is pretty solid, but will not do 'Ching-a-ling' any favors as a debut, it's quite catchy, quite a good flow & quite good production. That just sums it up, quite good! New Singles 07'Amerie - That's What U RNow it hasn't been completely confirmed. But rumor has it that Amerie's new US single from her new album "Because I Love It" will be That's What U R. The first single Take Contol didn't do so well, and the album has been pushed back to August/September. As for "That's What U R" i think this might be a good thing. The song isn't exactly your first choice for a single, but it's a grower. It has a layed back midtempo feel, with good vocal arrangement. If true with a good video, good promotion, and radio paly the song should do well. But I’ve noticed that the cover of DUB seems to be reserved for entertainers who really aren’t doing so hot (ex: Danity Kane and Scott Stortch covered the most previous issues).
