Yesterday, teen superstar Amanda Bynes launched her new clothing line, Dear, at Steve & Barry’s in Herald Square’s Manhattan Mall in New York City. The rosey-cheeked starlet exclaimed: “I wanted a clothing line that made affordable fashionable, because it is really hard when you’re in school and maybe your parents can’t afford or won’t let you get the expensive clothes and you still want to be wearing the hip thing. Here are pictures of Amanda Bynes at the launch of her new clothing line DEAR. Yes, here’s yet another example of a young actress trying to cash in on what little fame she has. And who can blame her? Kids these days’ll buy anything. But I’m getting sidetracked, I didn’t really want to talk about Amanda selling cheap clothing. What I originally wanted to discuss was what a hot piece of ass she’s become! Oh well, I guess I’ll have to save it for next time.
We first heard back in May about Amanda Bynes’ new clothing line, Dear, for Steve & Barry’s. At the time, the entire idea of Amanda having a clothing line seemed strange coming from someone who isn’t known as a fashion icon.
Now it’s August and the line is launching today in all S&B’s stores with some buzz surrounding it. Believe it or not, “Dear” is actually pretty cute.
The line consists of lots of trendy but casual wear - denim, hoodies, thermals and tanks. Perfect for lounging around the dorm or even wearing to class if you ask me!

Sarah Jessica Parker is going to have some celebrity fashion competition on the racks at Steve & Barry’s. Before you ask, yes, I do mean THAT Steve & Barry’s, as in the place that sells college hoodies and sweats for 10 bucks each.
Amanda’s clothing line is going to be called Dear, and will feature items that “reflect Bynes’ personal sense of style and comfort.” Each piece in the line will retail for about $19.98, which is actually expensive for S & B’s.
What was the inspiration behind the name “Dear“? The original idea behind the line was to make clothing and accessories that would be “dear to the wearer for years to come.” Aww.
I don’t know about you, but I’m curious to see what this line is going to look like. Amanda isn’t exactly regarded as a fashion icon, but she does have a pretty large teen following. While this line probably won’t beat out Kate Moss for Topshop in terms
