Allen became disgruntled with the Chiefs when negations for a long-term contract broke down last year. The Minnesota Vikings and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have both expressed interest in the disgruntled pro-bowl defensive end. Allen, who led the NFL with 15.5 sacks in 2007, had been declared the franchise player by the Chiefs for the 2008 season.
