I don’t know the whole story behind this, so I don’t feel obligated to pick sides. But from what I can gather from this voicemail message left by actor Alec Baldwin to his 11 or 12 year old daughter (he doesn’t even know how old the kid is lol), I hear pain from a loving father. Apparantly, since his divorce with Kim Basinger, Alec has been having problems with his daugher. He purchased her a cell phone so that they can stay in touch, and he schedules certain times for phone calls and what-not. The problem is that the little girl either doesn’t answer the phone, or turns it off at the scheduled times (damn that’s some messed up shit!), and this last time on Thursday, the 19th, was the LAST STRAW for Alec, so he left her a voicemail where he proceeded to lash out at the girl and her actress mom, Kim Basinger, calling them “selfish” and calling the kid “a rude little pig.” Now, I can understand his anger … but calling th
By now everyone has already heard Alec leave his daughter Ireland the most disturbing voice mail message, and now Alec Baldwin is trying to save face from it. Here is what he posted on his website:
“Although I have been told by numerous people not to worry too much, as all parents lose their patience with their kids, I am most saddened that this was released to the media because of what it does to a child,” he wrote. “I’m sorry, as everyone who knows me is aware, for losing my temper with my child. I have been driven to the edge by parental alienation for many years now. You have to go through this to understand. (Although I hope you never do.) I am sorry for what happened. But I am equally sorry that a court order was violated, which had deliberately been put under seal in this case.”

The latest Alec Baldwin news: Alec Baldwin is temporarily barred from having contact with this 11 year-old daughter, Ireland, because of a heated voice mail he left on her cell phone. In his rant, Alec Baldwin calls his daughter a "vile little pig." Clearly he has some serious temper problems.
Alec lashed out on his daughter because she wasn't able to answer his phone call. He says, "once again, I have made an ass of myself trying to get to a phone," adding, "you have insulted me for the last time." Alec Baldwin then takes a shot at his ex wife, Kim Basinger, by saying, "your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do." He later treatens his daughter that he will "straighten her ass out" and tells her that she better be ready to meet her on Friday the 20th (today). This is obviously not the best of Alec Baldwin.

Unbelievable. TMZ is reporting that Alec Baldwin left his daughter, Ireland, a voicemail yesterday in which he called 11 year old Ireland a “rude, thoughtless little pig”. It’s really sickening to hear how this man continually berates his own daughter, then for him to also speak of her mother in such a vile manner. I feel so bad for Kim Basinger, who had to endure 9 years of marriage and dealing with this crap. This little incident has now temporarily suspended any contact that Alec can have with Ireland. A judge could permanently (hopefully) deny visitation or contact with Ireland on May 4th, when there will be a hearing regarding this matter. Gah, what a loser Dad.
