I was digging a few holes in the lawn the other day when this guy rushes out of the house screaming and yellingat me. What's the big deal about a few little holes his otherwise pristine lawn? Admittedly, he did just about disappear down one of the larger holes I had dug as he chased me away, but still, there was no need for that sort of language! I got my revenge by waiting until the big football game was about to start on the television and then I bounced up and down on the TV aerial. He didn't get a decent signal for the whole of the match. For the first time in ages Killer Cat came into my garden yesterday and sat staring into the undergrowth. Suddenly, his ears pricked up, his body twitched and he stood up on his two rear legs as if he was trying to pinpoint his prey. After a few seconds, he relaxed again - but not for long! He was soon on his hind legs and with body twitching as if he were about to pounce he again stared at the undergrowth. Not content with his efforts at trying to satisfy his curiosity, and totally unaware of my presence and the comical sight he presented he suddenly leapt gracefully into the undergrowth. For a few moments everything was still - not a movement, nor a sound. Then he emerged from the undergrowth licking his lips and looking as pleased as Punch. Clearly he had enjoyed his quick snack. Perhaps I’m out of the loop, but when I found this company that takes aerial photos to help promote real estate listings, I was pretty impressed. I have seen this kind of thing before with very high priced listings… like the 10 Million+ range with small planes and helicopters, but I have never seen anything like this:
IMO, this is a brilliant idea, and I’ll bet this guy is having a ball turning his hobby into a business. He charges $185 per listings with bulk order discounts, and same day delivery. This trumps every other service I’ve seen that usually starts in the $1,000 range because of the use of real airplanes.
Now what this guy needs to do is duplicate this business on a national level. I know alot of agents that would jump on something like this… as far as I know he only shoots in Colorado.
