Some thoughts:
1. In this case, the state is basing it's decision to take the children away on the community's standards of morality and not on evidence of physical abuse. This is fine, but I just want it noted that the state recognizes a non-physical dimension to child-rearing, and that the state does "legislate" or enforce moral standards. Remember this case.

After the First World War he made his first pair of shoes out of linen. In the year1920 he took over his father’s shoe production company. In the year 1924 his brother Rudolf Dassler start working for that company too. After the Second World War the brothers split thecompany into two companies. Rudolf called his company “ PUMA” and Adolf called his company ADIDAS with stands for ADI = short form of Adolf and DAS are the first 3 letters of his last name. The rest is history.
