Jamnagar Brass Parts Industry facing acute labour shortage
Jamnagar - The Brass centre of India is facing acute   labour shortage due to scuffles between  the locals and migrant workers. The police have done precious little to help the situation. This is affecting production schedules of Brass parts exporters in Jamnagar and giving a bad name to the industry as a whole.  Also the Dhristi Export scam has hit the Brass Component  manufacturers in Jamnagar big time. A conman  from Mumbai has done a lot of Brass part manufacturers in and waltzed off with millions of dollars worth of Brass turned parts after  issuing rubber checks.

Greenspan Suffers From Acute Total Amnesia
Alan Greenspan takes another step down. After his transformation from "Maestro" to "Easy Al" he now fights for the nickname "Greenshill", at least when one follows his comments from Friday. Alan Greenspan, the man solehandedly responsible for the mortgage mess concluded in a speech to economists that today's turmoil resembles the sentiment before the crises of '87 and '98. According to him the mortgage malaise has infected the rest of the economy. This assessment comes from the man who preferred to douse every monetary inflationary excess with more of the poison that caused all exaggerations in the first place.Greenspan must suffer from acute total amnesia. It was him who once praised the doubtful fact that all Americans could buy a house because there were such financial innovations like zero down ARMs.Greenspan did not turn a nation into homeowners. Greenspan pushed a whole nation into the highest debt ever, be it on the private, communal or federal level. To say now that bubbles c

Acute's brand of Fuzz Guitar Pop Comes to Boston
One of the best pop rock albums I have heard this year comes from Acute - a tight Los Angeles band that takes their smooth riffs and guitar fuzz very seriously.ARTIST OF THE DAY: ACUTEThe New Album: Arms Around A Stranger The band is doing their own thing - but their sound could have descended downward on the same tree of life that birthed Fastball, Everclear and Weezer! Those are some impressive comparisons - and Acute can hold up their end of the bargain. The band plays T.T. the Bears - Central Square, Cambridge on Wednesday night. It's a bill that also include personal favorite Jesse Malin! If you are in the Boston area, check this one out. To quote Acute: "You Better Believe Me, Because the Trouble Will Follow You Home." Madhya Pradesh hit by acute water crisis
Bhopal, June 13 (IANS) Madhya Pradesh, one of India’s largest states, is reeling under an acute water shortage with households in town after town receiving only a trickle - that too once in three days. The situation is even more alarming in far-flung rural areas that get water supply only once in a week. And when water does come, it is available only for 30-45 minutes. Officials estimate that nearly 70 percent of the state’s 65 million people are enveloped by the crisis. Gwalior, Ratlam, Shajapur, Datia, Neemuch, Sidhi, Khargone and Pachore are some of the districts worst hit. People in these places have repeatedly taken to the streets but to no avail. Hundreds of residents of Gwalior’s Dabra area submitted a memorandum to the district administration last week complaining about their water woes. They are yet to get a reply. Bhopal, the state capital also known as the ‘City of Lakes’, faces a severe scarcity, mainly due to the rising population that has in

      Tennis Elbow or Acute Wiiitis???
For all of you PTs out there treating a patient with an insidious onset of tennis elbow, you may want to ask your patient one question...do they own a Nintendo Wii?In the June 2007 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Julio Bonis wrote an editorial explaining a case of "Acute Wiitis." In the editorial, Dr. Bonis reports of a 29-year-old medical resident who woke one morning with severe right shoulder pain. The patient had no history of recent injury or physical activity; however, upon inspection, had positive tests consistent with acute infraspinatus tendonitis. After thorougly scrutinizing all of his activities over the past day, the patient remembered that he was playing a tennis video game on his new Nintendo Wii for several hours. "The final diagnosis for the isolated right shoulder pain was Nintendinitis. However, the variant in this patient can be labeled more specifically as 'Wiiitis'."For those who are not familiar with the new Nintendo Wii, it is an interactive

Article Title: Dog Respiratory Disorders: AcuteCoughing, sneezing, Snoring,Author: John Mailer It is very common for all dogs to coughon an occasional basis, especially when they first wake up. Acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP)
This patient presented to me with sudden onset of widespread non follicular pustules over his body. He did not give personal or family history of psoriasis. My diagnosis was Acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP). AGEP is a condition characterised by sudden onset of non-follicular aseptic pustules all over the body. Among drug-induced skin eruptions, AGEP is remarkable by its short time to onset after the administration of the suspected drug (less than 24 hours) and the great predominance (80%) of antibiotics as causative agents. Though it is generally easy to elicit a drug history in AGEP, I did not succeed. After 2 days patient called me and told that he remembered taking an Ayurvedic concoction called arishtam on the previous day of erruption. A literature search showed that,
